TERRIBLE RECEPTION;
I was shocked with reception Alejandro and Kurt. They were rude and not kind.
This behaviors are not suitable IHG and INTERCONTINENTAL philosophy. They were lie.
Room is not clean. Staff not helpful. IHG membership and loyalty not meaning anything.

location was very attractive that we were walk distance from CC fontabella. However, we were not clear if breakfast was included, it didn't specify on ******* nor staff mentioned while we were checking in. We were going to eat outside but glad that we ate breakfast at hotel, but didn't know it was included.
