The hotel was spotless. Everyone was very friendly and always asking if I needed anything. The food at the restaurant was incredible. There were many breakfast choices. My reservation came with access to the vip lounge, where employees were very friendly and food choices great. The view from my room was spectacular. I will def consider coming back and staying there. The shuttle to the airport runs every hour to the airport and picks up on the :20 and my driver was telling me stories about local traffic (which btw is insane). 

We loved it! The room was comfortable and quiet, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was very complete and varied. My only suggestion would be to speed up the check-in process a bit.

Excellent hotel located in zone 9. Very close to the airport and not too far from the historical center. International restaurants are close by. Room is spacious and clean. Two bottles of water are given daily. Amenities are also well equipped. Love it!

Water leaked from the bathroom into the washroom. Also, I could hear noises from the next room.

Considering the rating of the hotel, I expected better service. It wasn’t bad service but not on par with other 4/5 star hotels I’ve been to throughout the world. Room was clean and comfortable although the interior is a bit outdated. I would probably choose to stay elsewhere next time for the price.

Best food, best attentive service, best massage ever recieved. Super clean, super friendly a 5 star hotel with economical prices. Only 40minutes from Antigua Free shuttle services and free parking if you decide to rent a car

The room is big and the service attitude is great! It is a very professional old hotel. It is an old brand, so the decoration style is a bit old, but it does not affect my mood. The airport bus driver is very considerate❤️

It's pretty good. It's next to the airport. The room is big and clean. The service is good and the attitude is nice. The Spanish paella in the bar on the first floor is delicious. I bought instant noodles and they even sent a microwave to the room for me to use.

Close to the airport, large hotel, very good breakfast, bright room. There were even 2 balconies. But the view from the balconies is of some backyards with cars and construction debris

For us it will always be the best hotel, my mother stayed with a group of friends and they enjoyed it to the fullest, she loves the hotel, the spa and sharing the amenities of the place, we love the Barceló hotel!
