I stayed at Tryp by Wyndham from December 3 to December 5, 2024, and unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. The air conditioning in my room broke down, and despite reporting it, it was never fixed during my entire stay. Additionally, housekeeping never cleaned my room. To make matters worse, on the last day, I found a fly on the breakfast buffet.
I do not recommend this place.

The hotel is very convenient. There is a shopping mall behind the second floor. It is very nice for eating and shopping. I was given two 1.3M beds by myself. But I couldn't get used to the breakfast. It is only a 10-minute walk from the exhibition hall.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel except that it is expensive.

I stayed here for one day before going to Cuenca and it was much better than expected. The most modern hotel I stayed in during my trip to South America. In March 2023 the hotel is undergoing renovations. The third floor smells very damp when you get out of the elevators.
The wet area is uninhabited although the newly maintained pool was well maintained
