"Terrible experoence. The front desk refused to check us in and we had confirmation number. I had to request transaction receipt from mytrip app and email to hotel for proof of payment. It toolk 1 hour to check in and tje front desk clerk was ruide. She made me feel like i was trying to stay at the hotel without paying, but it was a prepaid reservation."

"Casa Magdalena is a beautiful oasis! This small boutique property has three rooms that look out onto a beautiful courtyard, pool and jacuzzi. We were welcomed by Cecelia, the owner, who insured we had everything we could need. Our room was immaculate and very quiet. We especially appreciated the very comfortable memory foam topped mattress. We will never stay anywhere else when visiting San Carlos. Thank you Cecelia!"
