When preparing for the trip, I found out that there was a snowstorm in Guazhou after the Spring Festival last year, and a county with 50,000 people took in 2.50,000 stranded tourists and passers-by. The online description of Yulin Grottoes is excellent. So I chose to stay in Guazhou for one night. Booked this one with very good reviews online. The hotel is newly renovated and the whole house is smart. Comfortable and clean. The shower room soap dish and waterproof design are very reasonable. I like the bathroom settings. I used the Jiumu King fully intelligent toilet, which is very water-saving and clean. I also used a ventilation fan and aromatherapy. This is the most fragrant bathroom I have ever stayed in a hotel🀄️ Breakfast is relatively simple, and the service attitude and professionalism of the service staff are quite different from other hotels I have stayed at. However, considering the current development status of Guazhou’s tourism industry and the reduction in passenger flow, it is understandable. It is worth mentioning that when chatting with the driver who came to pick him up from the hotel, he mentioned Guazhou’s good deeds during the snowstorm last year. The driver said that he used hotels and nursing homes to shelter 192 people for free for two days. After asking, I found out that he was Mr. Wang, the general manager of the hotel😅

環境：內部環境十分優雅，大堂敞亮，裝修風格大氣。院內停車空間大且方便。 設施：作為新開業的酒店，硬件設施很到位！屋內配備中央空調、智能客控系統，小度語音，衞生間三區分離，配備智能馬桶，還有一次性馬桶套，乾淨又衞生。此外，酒店還設有自助洗衣房、酒店還提供送車站服務，對趕車的朋友來説太友好啦！ 衞生：乾淨整潔。0 壓床品真的太好了。衞生間沒有任何異味。 服務：工作人員熱情有禮，酒店拖鞋質量超棒，防滑又舒適，酒店在服務細節上花了心思呢。不管是詢問周邊美食，還是需要其他服務，工作人員很熱情。 瓜州縣瑞和大酒店在環境、設施、衞生和服務方面都表現出色。以後出來就是常住酒店了。

總體來説酒店可以！有充電樁！停車方便！價格很實惠！早餐比較簡單！但是還算乾淨！但是晚上10點多入住的！由於我們帶了小孩！需要加個被子！但是前台説下班了！太晚了！沒人拿！衹能湊合，這一路住過來！很多酒店都很快就給加了！就這一點感覺不盡人意！

衞生情況：房間裏還是很乾凈的，入住後很滿意。 早餐情況：品類相對比較多，可以滿足不同的客人的餐食要求，味道也不錯。 特色服務：酒店提供送車站服務，這點很好，因為早晨一大早要趕車，酒店提供此類服務讓客人很滿意，打消了外出打不到車的煩惱。 硬件設施：硬件配套還是比較完善的，智能馬桶，乾濕隔間分離，很不錯，兩人入住可以分別使用衞生間和淋浴。 服務方面：服務各方面還都挺滿意的，酒店拖鞋質量非常好，很受客人的喜愛。

房間服務設施齊全，地暖很給力。中央空調不用開房間就很暖和，配套的衞生服務和消耗品也很給力，一次性拖鞋比較厚，穿着很舒服。院內可以免費停車，並且有充電樁可以充電。大堂服務也很熱情，餐廳早餐也很豐富，值得推薦。

總共住了3天，前兩天的前台比較熱情，業務能力強，後面一天的前台接待比較機械死板，在外頭忙了一天，回酒店續房還要打一頓“嘴巴官司”，給人一種特別不舒服的感覺，周邊酒店很多，下次不想住這家酒店了。另外住了3天，酒店的枕套一直沒換過，兩個枕套都帶血。
