Ann and Peter are both elderly, ann is not bad, peter is particularly cold and not very Friendly. The hotel is nice and exquisite, but the surrounding environment is a bit problematic. It is not recommended for Chinese guests, especially those who are older."

"The guesthouse itself is within walking distance to Stoke-on-Trent Train Station and Staffordshire University (college road & leek road). The room and the property was very clean. The Owner Gabriel and Property Manager Joe was very helpful and made me feel safe during my stay.
They accommodate long stay with discounted price. The rooms are exactly how the advertised on website (if anything better).Rooms are very big and spacious, bathroom were very clean.
Rooms had aesthetic lights ( also dimmable).
There were Sockets near bed and 2 work desk/ study desk and settee with coffee table.
Free WiFi at the property.
In short great find and will stay here again."
