The hotel is located within the University of Indonesia and has complete facilities, including a hot water kettle, coffee, TV, clothes drying rack, but no hot hair dryer. It's hygienic and clean, and there are ants that are common in the tropics🐜. The campus has a beautiful environment with many green plants, big trees and lawns. The service attitude is good and the school staff are very enthusiastic.

Super nice little hotel, rooftop pool with two sunbeds (no pillows). Comfortable bed. Clean. Nice café downstairs with delicious coffee and cappuccino. Friendly staff. It's a shame the room wasn't cleaned in between and we had to make do with the same towels for three days.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Saffron Suites Syariah “SUPER DUPER DISSAPOINTED” I booked the room for two people, but after arriving, I was informed of several restrictions that were not clearly communicated to me when I made the booking. My partner was not allowed to visit me without being questioned about our relationship, and I was also informed that unmarried couples are subject to restrictions. I was additionally asked to sign hotel regulations only upon arrival, including a restriction on bringing alcohol into the room. These conditions were not clearly brought to my attention before I paid for the booking. I fully respect that a Syariah hotel may have its own rules. However, such important restrictions should be clearly disclosed before guests make and pay for a reservation, not presented only after arrival. THIS IS SO UNETHICAL due to not to disclose this kind of information in the public I strongly recommend that future guests confirm all hotel policies directly with the property before booking, particularly regarding partners, visitors, marriage requirements and alcohol (I have been even asked to presented the official marriage certificate) this is truly INSANE For me, this was an unexpected and very uncomfortable experience, and I believe these policies should be made much clearer to customers before they book. And specially for Trip.com and the team to do further investigation on this.

The first time I stayed here, when I entered the room I wanted to rest straight away because I was tired, but what could I do I couldn't sleep because the AC was making a very loud noise, I immediately complained to the crew, wanted to move rooms but couldn't, was told that the AC really didn't work, after a fairly heated argument the crew finally said I could move rooms, I originally wanted to stay there for 4 nights, but finally I decided to just stay for 1 night, because I felt annoyed and uncomfortable having to meet the crew who I considered far from friendly.

1) The mattress is very good and comfortable; the bedsheet seem old but luckily no smell; 2) the towel is old and yellowish, & given the same after request a new one; 3) the receps are so young and seem like untrained; he was reluctant to give me extra hour for check out, even just 15 mins extra also can't make decision and needs to check with his boss. As a budget hotel, I think is still worth for money by looking at its location & comfortable bed, owner just need to do some touch up & maintain it properly.  

There was no dryer, but at least it's good! For those who say, I think the price is very low! When I checked out, the receptionist went to my room to make sure I didn't forget anything, so I was relieved.

smells really cigarette,the room smells everywhere,the shower does not spread water,as if it is turned on a part. Aqua turned out to be paid, I think it's like a hotel usually free 2 bottles. If it's close to anywhere, there are a lot of food selling too The room can be on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator yet, so it is a bit awkward for those who carry suitcases

Bad review! A deposit of 250 yuan was inexplicably deducted! I booked 2 rooms, and another colleague booked 2 rooms. When we checked in that night, we were required to pay a deposit of 250 yuan per room before we could check in. We couldn't see anyone, so we had to transfer the money via WeChat. Then, probably because they used WeChat accounts from overseas, they kept saying it was a scam, so we didn't dare to transfer the money. He wouldn't give us the key without the deposit, and it took 40 minutes to get us all into the room. After checking out, another colleague was fined 500 yuan for smoking on the balcony. That colleague only paid a deposit of 250 yuan, but the deposit was deducted from me. It was so inexplicably cruel. The 332 yuan room instantly became 582. I was so angry.

The prices listed are of good quality, but there are no cushions and no elevators.
