RReneewangIt's just great, there is a private yard for parking. The room is single-family, the space is large and the facilities are very new. The environment is good and very quiet. The host welcomed us very warmly. Walking in the town is very convenient and safe.

MMary KangWhat an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period.
Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

HHilary UKExcellent find right next to Basillica - main cathedral so everything is easy walking distance and the end nearer to way to train so really easy to get there (not all through old town streets). In Centro storico with cobbled streets yet quiet at night so slept really well. Gas hairdryer, coffee pods and air con / heating and fridge and en-suite so all good 👍 will return for sure. ММарияМатковичIt is a room on the 3rd floor in the flat with 6 rooms and two shared bathrooms. I missed informatiin about shared bathrooms and please pay attention on it. I occupied room number 3 .It was not big, but clean and convenient. It consists of air conditioner, which works very good, tv, small fridge and shellfs for clothes, table, kettle and small coffee machines with few tea bags and coffee capsuled. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Window were opened in the inner yard, not to the outside. Bathrooms were clean, they were cleaned by cleaner on daily basis. I got pack of towels-3 pieces. I stayed in this flat for 7 nights, towels were changed once per the whole period, for free. They have reception on the other Street, not far from property, if you want to pay for something by cash. I came late at night, in the entrance day I got link, by which I opened entrance door and also door to the flat. Near my room there was a black bok with keyd from my room and also from entrance door and door to the flat. Helpdesk is avaulable from 9 to 21 every day, they are answering questions fast and friendly. I asked for late check out, but it is possible to order it only till 1.30 PM, if you need to leave later, need to purchase the full night. Thanks a lot for owner and staff, all was perfect! Shared bathroom for me is not the best choice, but it was my mistake that I missed it in deception ... Location is very convenient, near old town and centrun. 10 mins on foot to reach Basilica of St Nicola. Many thanks 🙏

AAkkarpanThis place is all about location, location, location—absolutely fantastic spot in a very touristy Italian town, and at $40 a night, you really can’t beat the price. It’s definitely more of a tech-savvy, Japanese micro-hotel style setup. There’s no front desk, no keys—just your phone to check in and access the room. That worked fine for us, but if you’re looking for a more traditional hotel experience, this might not be your vibe.
The building itself is a converted apartment, now split into five rooms. Communication was great—the hosts were very responsive via WhatsApp. A lot of the reviews rave about cleanliness, but we did have a bit of a hiccup there. Our shower was backed up, and when maintenance came, they pulled out what looked like a small poodle from the drain. That definitely raised some concerns about how thorough the cleaning was before our stay.
That said, once the issue was resolved, everything else went smoothly. If you’re used to minimalist setups and just need a great base in a great location, it’s a solid option. Just don’t expect luxury or even a full-service hotel feel. Overall: good, not great—but would consider staying again.

GGuest UserIt’s generally a very good room, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it’s on the forth floor with no elevator and a very steep stair. It is located inside an apartment with another room, so you share a corridor and the entrance door, and you are separate by a standard inner door, with a ridiculous lock.

GGuest UserThe location of the apartments is good, to the Basilica of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker min. 10-15 walk along the embankment. To the beach Pane e Pomodoro is also not so far, it is nice to walk along the embankment, and it is beautiful in Bari. The old town is nearby and all the shops. The check-in was interesting. At the beginning you had to register online, you receive a code, on the wall by the door there is a safe, you enter the code and take the keys, go into the common corridor near the apartment there is another safe there is also a key directly to your apartment. The room was clean, not to say that it is very cozy, but we only came there to sleep. There were no breakfasts. Otherwise, I liked everything. Thank you.
