I recommend everyone to stay at Rujia, it feels like home, the boss is also very nice, we are on our honeymoon, the boss has provided us with some benefits, the location is very good, and it is very close to any sea pier.
The most important thing is that there is a sense of security, and there are people on duty 24 hours a day to protect the safety of the guests.
You can ask the boss any questions, and he will answer us patiently. In addition, the boss also helped us find an airport drop-off service, which is really cheaper than outside!
I really recommend everyone to stay at Rujia Sea House when you come to Semporna!

AAnonymous UserStayed here for less than 24 hours since our night flight arrived Tawau 8.30pm, and then airport transfer to Semporna took about 1.5 hours. Called the hotel earlier informing that we will be arriving late, and there are still receptionist waiting for us to check in. They even helped us bring our bags to the room. Only few things lacking - the aircond is not too cold, and then the water shower is too hot 🫠 we are too tired to complaint so we just accept it. Location wise very very strategic. Very near to jetty and got watsons, guardian, 7e, mart, halal restaurant.

GGuest UserThere is not a lot of experience in staying at the B&B, but this is the first time I have felt so warm and welcoming. The family-owned Chinese boss and their sons are very enthusiastic. The Cantonese-speaking Hakka dialect is very good. I will also take you for breakfast and dinner. The recommended dishes are definitely the appetite of the people. I saved those who don't like the taste of Southeast Asia! And the meals are equally divided, fair, and stress-free. You can also book a trip to the sea by the boss, the price and Taobao are not much worse, but there are Chinese to lead, go to the motorized Batinba Island float, saw the big turtle. The previous day's island hopping tour was Taobao's, and they were all local black belts. They only said simple Chinese. Communication is still a little obstacle. Then the property itself is clean and comfortable, and the accommodation is quite comfortable. The number of public toilets is also sufficient. Not far from the pier, it can be reached on foot. The boss treats the customer like a family. There are several Italian guests who want to renew their rent temporarily. There is no room available. The boss and the proprietress let out their room and go to the bed next door to the bunk bed. It is estimated that there is no domestic. . .
