The room was clean and warm. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was amazing. She gave me breakfast coupons. It was a really satisfying accommodation experience.

I checked in on the night of the 17th. The two female service staff at the front desk had a very bad attitude and were irritating. I didn't bring my room card with me at night, so I was told that someone else would open the door, but no one bothered me after waiting for a long time.
