The overall experience was very disappointing. Our room needed a complete refurb. There was mold on the walls around the window.The double glazing bars of our window had disintegrated. There was paint flaking from the ceiling and the soap dispensers in the bathroom were rusty. Also the USB points either side of the bed weren't working. Breakfast was a complete shambles! Admittedly it was a busy Easter weekend and the couple of staff that were there were trying to keep on top of things. But when we arrived there was only a couple of pieces of hot food, no bread for toast, hot drink machine not working, juice dispensers were empty and only 1 or 2 clean tables to sit at. I could go on!! We have stayed in several Premier Inns over the years but sadly after this experience we will be going elsewhere!.
