On the first day of check-in, I couldn't connect to the room wifi. I called the front desk and asked someone to come up. The first thing they did was not to check what the problem was. Instead, they said, "No way, there's something wrong with your phone." I was asked to go to the front desk to ask again. The front desk said they would ask a technician to come up and take a look. We kept waiting, but no one came. The next day when I returned to the hotel, I asked about it and asked another person to come up and take a look. Not long after the problem was solved, the room lost power. I called the front desk again to fix it. The technician came into our room smoking a cigarette, and he didn't fix it after he finished smoking. In the end, he might have fixed it. After the technician left, the power went out five, six, seven, or eight times. The same thing happened on the morning of check-out. The power went out at 10 o'clock, and no one came to deal with it.
