The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. We felt the staff's meticulous care at every turn. The room was well-heated, and the mini-fridge offered complimentary drinks and snacks. There's a dedicated shuttle bus providing unlimited transfers to the scenic area, which is incredibly convenient for tourists visiting the attractions. We even received complimentary scenic bus passes. Both my friend and I were extremely satisfied with this hotel, and we've already decided to come back again next time!

This trip was incredibly satisfying! This hotel truly offers exceptional value for money. The rooms are quite spacious, and the layout is very comfortable and well-thought-out. Plus, the service was absolutely amazing. Out of all the places we've stayed during our time in Guangxi, this was by far the best hotel. It really brought a warm, human touch to our rainy days.

A perfect trip! This is a must-visit spot, just like where celebrities go! Choosing to stay here on the last day of my Guilin trip was so relaxing and enjoyable! Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly warm and friendly. The surroundings are very quiet, and there's a lovely vegetarian restaurant nearby that I highly recommend. In the afternoon, I ordered afternoon tea and BBQ at Cangwu Zhiye, enjoying delicious food while admiring the beautiful mountains and waters! It truly felt like a beautiful, magical wonderland! The environment is top-notch!

This hotel in Guilin is hands down the best for families with kids! Staying here gets you free entry to Guihai Qinglan, and you can also grab a free kite, fishing rod, and bicycle to go feed the black swans at Swan Lake. My kid absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. The animals at the petting zoo were super cute and adorable too, keeping my little one thoroughly entertained. The hotel even provides children's slippers, and the Guilin rice noodles for breakfast were authentic and delicious. Parents can relax and enjoy coffee nearby while their kids play, making a family vacation here truly effortless and pleasant!

Opening the window reveals sparkling lake waters and rolling green hills. Waking up to watch the sunrise from the terrace with a gentle breeze, and then strolling along the lake in the evening to admire the sunset, felt like living inside a moving landscape painting. Every photo we took turned out to be a masterpiece, no filters needed. My friends and I kept snapping pictures non-stop as we explored. Our 'Jinglan Art Accommodation' two-bedroom family suite was an even bigger surprise. The layout, with two bedrooms and two living areas, was spacious and comfortable enough for all of us to relax completely. The room's decor was very artistic, featuring a minimalist design paired with natural-textured soft furnishings, with meticulous attention to detail evident throughout. The independent bathrooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly – sinking into bed instantly melted away our travel fatigue. The facilities were also impeccable, with smart room controls, high-quality toiletries, a minibar, and even exquisite tea sets that were a delight to use. The service truly made us feel valued. From the warm and detailed explanations during check-in to the prompt room service whenever we called, every interaction was attentive and thorough. When we wanted to borrow a picnic mat for photos by the lake, the staff not only quickly provided it but also kindly advised us on the best photo spots. Later in the evening, when we craved a late-night snack, the hotel's catering department responded promptly, delivering delicious and heartwarming food. Cleanliness was also impeccable. Every corner of our room was spotless, and the public areas were regularly cleaned and disinfected, making our stay incredibly reassuring. My friends and I unanimously agreed that this was a perfect accommodation experience. The next time we visit Guilin, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

Don't be sad, this is an honest review! First, the good points: The scenic area is really nice, and the lake view is great – definitely worth a thumbs up. The breakfast was also good, and the staff's service attitude was excellent. Now for the downsides: The room was too small, feeling a bit cramped. The toilet was a standard squat toilet, which is rarely used anymore and was indeed quite cold in winter!

Check-in was quick and efficient, and the room was ready ahead of time. The butler even thoughtfully introduced local attractions and helped carry our luggage to the room. They were so patient and enthusiastic when interacting with the kids! My children really didn't want to leave; they loved the 'big brothers and sisters' here. The hotel is located within a residential complex, with the scenic area right behind it.

We mainly spent our time in Yangshuo, and then stayed at this hotel overnight before exploring the Guihai Qinglan scenic area the next day. The hotel room was very clean, and overall, it offered excellent value for money. Breakfast was a buffet with a rich variety of options. Upon check-in, we received two tickets to Guihai Qinglan, valued at 100 RMB, two electric scooter tickets for the scenic area, valued at 60 RMB, boat tickets worth 80 RMB, and tickets to the pet park, valued at 60 RMB. You can also ride bicycles, fly kites, and fish outdoors – it's truly fantastic value!!! It's especially suitable for families traveling together, with kids or elderly relatives. It's not tiring at all to play around there, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful.
