Metropolo Jinjiang Hotels (Guilin Railway Station The Mixc)

Our first stop in Guilin was the Metropolo Hotel, and we were so lucky to have chosen it. The location is extremely convenient, close to the Guilin Railway Station—just a 10-minute walk after exiting the station. The room was very new, clean, and comfortable. Looking out the window during downtime, the scenery of Guilin's mountains slowly unfolded before us, creating an amazing atmosphere. Waking up to a hearty breakfast kicked off a romantic day. The service was attentive. The entire stay was wonderful, adding a lot of points to our Guilin trip, and I highly recommend it. We definitely plan to stay here again on our way back from Yangshuo!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff 07 and 16 were attentive and warm, and 17 and 19 made the check-in process fast and professional. The hotel is in a prime location, right next to the Tiexi Food Street, offering an array of local snacks that make finding great food effortless and worry-free. It's also very close to the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area and Guilin Railway Station. The room was clean and fresh, the ambiance was quiet and comfortable, and with complete amenities, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Guilin!

The hotel is located near the station with a great location. There's a local residential area nearby, making it very convenient for dining and drinks. The property has EV charging stations, which is very friendly for new energy vehicles. Right next to the long-distance bus station, traveling is a breeze. Originally, we booked a scenic room and a family room, but since there weren't suitable rooms on the same floor, the friendly receptionist upgraded us to two family rooms on the same floor—a fantastic experience! We also received complimentary late-night snack vouchers to enjoy Guilin rice noodles on the 19th floor while taking in the city night view. The mattress was great and very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is located behind the TV wall and separated by a solid wall, so showering won't disturb anyone who is sleeping. The hotel is also very quiet. Overall, a wonderful experience, highly recommended!

Booked online after visiting the Longji Rice Terraces. It's close to the airport shuttle bus stop and exceeded expectations. The room was clean and the service was great. Had rice noodles at a small shop just south of the intersection downstairs—only 5 RMB and super delicious, just as good as the famous Wuanxiang noodles.

Chose this hotel for my trip to Guilin, and the location truly proved to be a major advantage. It's very close to major scenic spots, with the Tiexi Food Street and Heishan Morning Market nearby, making it super convenient for food and exploration. Staff members 07, 17, and 06 were warm, patient, and carefully answered all our questions. There are tour buses right outside the hotel heading to Yangshuo and Longji, making travel completely hassle-free. Highly recommended if you're visiting Guilin!

Excellent!!! Jinjiang Group's facilities and services are consistently reliable. Housekeeping is spotless, and the hotel administration is smooth and professional. This hotel also has two major advantages: first, right outside the airport, there's a tour bus hub. I traveled to Longji and Yangshuo from here, both round trips were very convenient! Second, directly across from the hotel is Tiexi, an area with a plethora of delicious food stalls, and a particularly good tea-seed oil hair wash salon!

The Jinjiang Hotel in Guilin is very clean. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant is tidy. The staff, especially those on duty on the 17th and 19th, provided excellent and efficient service. There are shuttle buses to Longji and Yangshuo right outside the hotel, which is very convenient for getting around. What truly made my stay perfect was when I accidentally left my power bank upon checking out; the front desk contacted me and even mailed it back. This kind of accommodation experience deserves full marks!

The room was more spacious than expected, perfectly comfortable for two people. The front desk staff were patient and answered all our questions in detail. The cleanliness was excellent; the bathroom had no water stains or strange smells. The smart curtains were convenient to use and opening automatically in the morning was a nice touch. The rice noodles at breakfast were delicious, and you could add your own toppings. The location is great, making it easy to get around.

Guilin Jinjiang Hotel offered a great overall experience! **Hygiene:** When I arrived in the lobby that day, they mentioned an auntie was cleaning the floor, but it was around 3:00 PM, which should be peak check-in time. The lobby had a strong chemical smell, which I thought was not ideal. Perhaps they could clean when there are fewer people. **Room:** The room was clean and odor-free, and the decor was also pretty good. **Buffet Breakfast and Dinner:** These were very disappointing. If you're going to offer them, at least do them well. In the evening, there was only one staff member who seemed to be cleaning the kitchen. At first glance, it looked completely empty, and I had to go to the kitchen to call someone. **Lobby Staff:** Numbers 17, 19, 16, and 7 provided excellent service. They were efficient and responsive. I noticed that during the off-season, the price is around 300 yuan, while for National Day, it's 500 yuan. Relatively speaking, the service is still good. When checking out, staff cleaning in the hallway would also greet you. Upon check-in, they provided a welcome gift and a breakfast voucher, but I didn't get to use it. Overall, I still recommend it. The transportation is also relatively convenient, as it's located in the city center, near MixC World.
