Elephant Trunk Hill Hotel

Quiet with a great ambiance. There's a convenient express lane to enter the scenic area, but you have to use the main entrance when returning. The security guards are very helpful, always offering to assist with luggage up and down the stairs. Excellent service, and there's even afternoon tea!

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few meters from Elephant Trunk Hill – no, really, just a few meters! It's easily walkable. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were all incredibly nice and welcoming. They were very helpful in suggesting sightseeing tips and the restaurants they recommended were great too.

I chose this hotel because it's super close to Xiangshan (Elephant Trunk Hill) Gate 1, with a private walkway, so I figured it would be convenient for an early morning stroll. The room decor is quite cozy, and the scent of the incense was lovely. It was very quiet at night, ensuring a good sleep. The cleanliness was also top-notch. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Guilin.

The tall lady at the front desk was so welcoming and attentive. My original room was on the second floor, but I wanted a room on the third. She advised me to check it out first, as there would be an extra charge. I decided against it and went back to the second-floor room, only to find the air conditioner's outdoor unit was too close and noisy. She then promptly moved me to a quieter room, and she didn't show an ounce of annoyance throughout the whole process! The room's bathroom was spotless, and the breakfast restaurant was also clean and aesthetically pleasing, with a great breakfast to boot! There was always someone available to help with luggage when going up or down. Plus, they have their own private staircase directly into the Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area!

The hotel's back entrance leads directly to Elephant Trunk Hill, which is super convenient. It's also very close to Sun and Moon Pagodas and other attractions. The service was excellent; when we arrived, the security guard even helped us with our luggage to the front desk. This truly reflects the five-star service we expected. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Right outside the hotel is the Gate 1 entrance, and the hotel also has a VIP pass that takes you directly into the scenic area. The room was beautiful and very clean! The service was thoughtful and enthusiastic! The surrounding area is also very convenient. It's definitely the top choice for visiting Elephant Trunk Hill!

The service was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. It offers the best views of Elephant Trunk Hill. I wouldn't recommend taking a yacht tour to see Elephant Trunk Hill. Instead, go into the park around 7 AM to avoid the crowds.
