After comparing several hotels, we finally chose this one, and it exceeded our expectations! The value for money is outstanding. Firstly, the location is perfect – peaceful yet central. Just 100 meters to the left is the Twin Pagodas scenic area, and Elephant Trunk Hill is only about 1 km away on foot. What really stood out were the excellent hotel facilities and service quality. My child actually loved staying in the room and napping for two afternoons straight (though adjusting to the time difference after returning home also played a role). My child is very particular about hotel stays, so her satisfaction is rare; in Shanghai, she only stays at The Puli Hotel. The hotel's dining was incredibly impressive. Upon check-in, we received a complimentary local specialty, Beer Fish (valued at 98 yuan). The ingredients were fresh and it was deliciously prepared – fantastic! We ended up ordering all our subsequent meals from the hotel restaurant. I checked, and the hotel restaurant ranks number one locally on Dazhong (Dianping)! Highly recommended! This is the king of value-for-money hotels in Guilin!

Traveling with my parents, I needed a family room for three people. After a long search on the platform, I finally chose this hotel. We stayed for one night, then went to Yangshuo and Longji, and then returned for another two nights. The location is right by Rong Lake, about a ten-minute walk to the Twin Pagodas, but a bit far from Elephant Trunk Hill. The room size was just right, though it was a pity there were no tea-making facilities. The service was superb; they answered all my questions on WeChat, and staff patiently helped us with screen mirroring, and there were also intangible cultural heritage experiences. The breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was enough. Overall, it's a place I'd happily recommend to friends.

The room, though small, is fully equipped and very comfortable. Thoughtful touches like a convenient water dispenser and motion-sensor night lights significantly enhanced the stay. The location is superb, within a 20-minute walk to the Two Rivers and Four Lakes, Zhengyang Road, and Elephant Trunk Hill. The breakfast offers a wide selection.

Service: Warm, attentive, and available 24/7; they contacted us proactively and responded promptly to our requests.

Choosing the Li River Wangyue Hotel was the smartest decision we made on our trip to Guilin. Its location is simply unbeatable, perfectly situated for easy access everywhere, making our entire stay effortless and comfortable. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Guilin, not in some remote suburb, so you don't have to go out of your way for anything. It's surrounded by established commercial areas with all the amenities you could ask for. Downstairs, you'll find restaurants, convenience stores, and snack shops. If you're craving Guilin rice noodles or local specialties, they're just downstairs. In the evenings, it's incredibly convenient to explore night markets or buy souvenirs without needing a taxi, which really enhanced our daily experience. What's even more impressive is the excellent transport links, especially for those traveling by high-speed rail. It's very close to Guilin North Railway Station, a quick taxi ride away, so you don't have to trek far with your luggage. Whether you're checking in after arriving in Guilin or heading back for your high-speed train, you won't need to rush or wake up early, saving both time and effort. Getting around the city by taxi or bus is also very convenient, with popular spots like East-West Alley, Jingjiang Princes' City, and Zheng Yang Pedestrian Street all nearby, allowing for seamless hopping between attractions.
