Nice location, walkable from Guilin Station and the pagodas. Inn is equipped to host foreigners with english menus and maps. Room is basic but pretty comfortable. Overall clean. Just that some small details such as washroom door handle had some stains.

Nice hotel location in town. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The owner can speak English and very helpful and friendly too. There are Halal eateries too nearby. So my Muslim friends come to Guilin!

A great place to stay. It was clean and close to many restaurants. The main pedestrian street is around 20 minutes walking distance away but that's ok as there is a lot to see on the way or even buses. The staff was really helpful with giving us instructions and the hotel is walking distance from Guilin railway station. I recommend staying here.

This hotel is in such a convenient location. We walked to the hotel from Guilin Station 桂林站 after a late train from Yangshuo. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. The man at reception gave us advice on places to visit and even circled locations on a map. The woman at reception was great, she helped us book a car to Longsheng (Longji rice terraces) on A Maps (高达地图）- really wish I got your name so I could thank you properly. The room had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in reception during the day free of charge. You can also buy stamps for your postcards from reception! The reception is in a coffee shop which has good vibes. Overall a great stay, would recommend. Thank you!

This place is so warm and welcoming. The lobby has a coffee shop hostel vibe. Hosts are patient and also speak fluent English, a bonus if you are foriegn. Wrll located about 27 minute walk to the pagodas. Bed is comfortable. Aircon works, shower water is hot.
Very nice vibe.
Will stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at Guilin Travel Light Inn. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to Elephant Hill and close to all major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, spoke great English, and were always ready to offer helpful suggestions for things to do in and around the city, with organized tours and more. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hostel for anyone visiting Guilin, whether in company or as a solo foreign traveler!

Amazing place and personnel. They give us lot of tips and booked also some activities. Room was clean and big: they give us an upgrade for free. Absolutely suggested!
