Orange Crystal Hotel（Classic British style, excellent location, close to major scenic spots）

Came to Guilin for a trip and stayed at Crystal Orange. The overall experience was spot on. The room has a well-designed layout, and the lighting creates a fantastic ambiance. It was impeccably clean and neat. All the staff members were very polite, and taking a taxi nearby was super convenient. Great value for money—highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

The room had wonderful natural lighting and was fresh with no stuffy odors. The thoughtful touches were lovely, and the bathroom featured a clean, dry-wet separation. Overall, it felt unpretentious and quiet. Getting around and finding places was easy, and Lingzhi provided just the right amount of service. They kindly extended our check-out to 2:30 PM, making it a great spot for a short rest. We felt relaxed and truly enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

Chose this hotel for a business trip. It's conveniently close to the train station. The room has soft lighting and a spacious desk, which made working on documents and overtime a breeze. The soundproofing is great. Lingzhi even arranged a room close to the elevator based on my notes, which was wonderful. I'll definitely book this hotel again for my next business trip.

Crystal Hotel doesn't have flashy decor, offering a quiet and comfortable atmosphere instead. The rooms are meticulously clean and pleasing to the eye, with reliable plumbing and electrical appliances. The service hits just the right note. After a long day of sightseeing, coming back to such a relaxing environment makes it a totally hassle-free place to stay.

The soundproofing in the room was average; you could hear people in the hallway even if they weren't speaking very loudly. Also, after turning off all the lights, the indicator light on the bedside switch was way too bright and disturbed my sleep.

The room was fantastic, right by the Lijiang River with great views, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The service attitude was excellent, the hotel facilities were complete, and the cleanliness was also spot on. Visiting Guilin again after more than 10 years, I had a very pleasant stay.

The check-in process was smooth, and our needs were understood and addressed promptly. Both the environment and the room were comfortable, with ample space. The hotel is conveniently located near attractions; we could walk to Xiangshan (Elephant Trunk Hill), Two Rivers and Four Lakes, and Sun and Moon Pagodas in just a few minutes. Transportation and dining options are also easily accessible. With its own parking lot, it's a great choice for family trips!

I booked two king rooms at Orange Crystal Hotel, and my overall experience was great. The room layout was comfortable and tidy, and the crystals placed on the bedside table were beautiful. Lingzhi proactively arranged our rooms on the same floor. The next day, we woke up early to go to Yangshuo. Next time I have the chance, I'll come back to try Crystal's breakfast.
