The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic! Great service attitude! The room was also very spacious, the environment was nice, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Highly recommended!

Great place! I'd expected it to be noisy since it's so close to the train station, but it was surprisingly quiet. I had a really peaceful night's sleep.

Cleanliness: Very good. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Service: The service was also outstanding; they were incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist with any request. Our room faced residential buildings on one side and the road on the other, which was perfectly fine.

Staying here was excellent value! The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped at all. The sheets and duvet covers smelled incredibly fresh and clean. The front desk clerk was incredibly friendly, helping me with my luggage and even recommending some great local eateries nearby. I felt completely at home!

The hotel is very conveniently located near Guilin railway station and easy to reach. It's a bit confusing because the hotel's exterior displays a different name, King Lin Hotel. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly, and I received an upgrade from a standard room, whatever that entailed 😄  The room looks very neat, comfortable, and clean. There's a slight odor in the hallways. The breakfast is very basic and not very tasty.

Jinlin Yaju hotel is very near Guilin train station and Guilin bus station easy to locate. Room interior is well designed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is simple buffet but sufficient for a good morning start. Travelling by bus to places of interest is a breeze as the Guilin station is a short walk from the hotel. There are eateries nearby and a small travel agency where we book a car ride to Yangshuo hotel at CNY35 per pax. I recommend this hotel for value and quality service the staff offer.

It was ok, breakfast was really poor, I would expect more. Rooms are ok, location is fine as well, many shops around.

Excellent location, and the rooms are newly renovated – a rare find in this neighborhood! They were clean and beautiful. We also received a complimentary room upgrade, and the service was superb. It was a hot day and I didn't feel like going out to buy water; the front desk happily provided some when I asked. Overall, an excellent stay! Highly recommended.

The location is incredibly convenient, making it quick and easy to get to the train station or tourist attractions by taxi. The surrounding area boasts excellent amenities, with a wide variety of dining choices. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated; both the shower and toilet are quite new and spotlessly clean, and the room itself is very spacious. Just a minor suggestion: it might be worth checking the hairdryer. After using it for a short time, the airflow and temperature became inconsistent; I'm unsure if this is due to its age.
