i got a warm welcome at the hotel with a free room upgrade. the room is spacious, clean and overlooks the back streets. it has heating and cooling. the buffet breakfast is sumptuous and is constantly being refilled. the highlight is the guilin rice noodles. the staff are efficient and helpful. i had some problem with the washing machine and they were quick to help. there is also a commercial dryer that can dry clothing in 40 minutes.

The hotel is a little outdated but in a nice location and comfortable beds. There is a bar in the reception that isn't working. It wasn't possible to have coffee. In general we were satisfied with our stay. The staff was helpful despite the fact that we couldn't communicate clearly (even with the help of the translator) Landry and drying on the site always plus for a long time travellers like us 🙂

Compared to Other IBIS hotel service there is a bit average. We stayed there for total 3 days. In the middle of our stay, we went to Yangshou for 2 nights so we had to leave our luggage there. When we asked for luggage storage, hotel staff complained that two days was too long.
