沒有入住，訂單明明當天就取消成功了，我也確認過平台裏我的訂單已經沒有預訂的訂單了。結果第二天扣了我的房費，打電話聯繫商家説給我留房了，商家當天電話也沒打一個來確認，第二天聯繫他説留房了，當消費者是**嗎？沒有消費就扣了錢，坑人。平台也在推卸責任。沒試過這麼坑人的，這種平台和商家的失誤就得消費者買單嗎？投訴到底，不是要評分才能保存，我一顆星也不想給。

不知道是因為衞生差才會這麼便宜不？我在想老闆娘應該是很少去房間檢查衞生。門也不能反鎖，晚上搬個椅子放在門邊上。車位也就是馬路邊上的公共車位。第一張是房間和衞生間的銜接班，第二、三張是洗手枱，第四張是床上空調蜘蛛網。

五一來廣西玩，想着離火車站近點，花259訂了這麼一個房，這年久失修衞生條件非常臟亂差，訂的房子是有窗的，拉開窗簾一看，真的重新定義了"有窗"😓體驗感真的好差，不知道網上的好評哪來的，花了25住了50元品質都不值的酒店，我真是大冤種咯

一般般，酒店設施比較老了，花灑噴頭都是不穩固的，桌子的把手壞了也不修，桌子也比較臟，靠近馬路，會比較吵。優點大概就是離景點那些還算比較近的
