Really loved my room, it was very clean and the view was amazing! A bit disappointed because I tought I booked a room that included breakfast, since I paid for a premium room. Also never received the dessert that was mentionned to be offered at night. Other than that, location is close to everything, which is very convenient. The hotel is bit hidden (next to orange hotel, you have to go in the back of the alley).

It was a wonderful hotel and the service was excellent. I am happy to have visited it and I hope to come back again. The service was excellent in terms of cleaning, organization and food. This newly renovated hotel is ideally located right in Guilin city center. It's within walking distance of Elephant Trunk Hill and East-West Alley, and right next to the Sun and Moon Pagodas. The rooms are clean, and the facilities are quite modern. What's more, it even features voice-controlled smart devices, which is incredibly convenient. I'll definitely make this my top choice for my next visit to Guilin.

Incredible place, very good location and very affordable. Desert given nightly was a nice touch. Coffee provided was amazing, and the staff at the counter were very friendly! The tour desk in the lobby was abit of an ermzzzz...

Facilities: Overall, the hotel facilities are quite good. The only minor issue was that the handheld showerhead in our room wasn't working. Most rooms are equipped with voice-activated smart controls. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was generally good. However, when we first arrived yesterday, the duvet felt a little damp. It was fine after we turned on the air conditioning and left for a while. Environment: The Sun and Moon Pagodas are visible right outside the hotel. It's incredibly convenient to get to Elephant Trunk Hill – just walk past the security guard post, head straight past the ICBC bank, and you'll reach it. However, upon arrival, our navigation system took us on a convoluted route to the back entrance. It's actually much simpler: just turn right near the bank, and you're right there, no need for the detour. Service: The service was generally good. We left quite early in the morning, so we just grabbed an Americano, which was decent.

A standout feature is the voice-controlled system in the room. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering complimentary coffee and sweet white fungus soup. Overall, it was a truly excellent experience.

The room was spotless. The rice noodles at breakfast were delicious! And the snow fungus soup was absolutely amazing – I still remember it fondly. All the staff were very friendly, and the lady at the front desk who helped with tickets was particularly kind.
