Hanting Hotel (Guilin Liangjiang Sihu Qixing Park)

It's my first time to travel to Guilin, and I chose Hanting Hotel Qixing Park Branch. The experience of staying in Guilin was very good. The hotel has complete facilities. The hotel is located near Zizhou Park. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the Jiefang Bridge, and then a further 5 minutes' walk to the East-West Alley and Jingjiang Palace. Across the road from the East-West Alley is Zhengyang Pedestrian Street and the Sun and Moon Twin Towers. In short the location is better. There is a reading corner in the lobby of the hotel. The front desk attendants are all young and handsome men and beauties with very good service attitude. There is also free Luo Han Guo tea to taste at the front desk. In addition, it is worth mentioning that there is a courtyard facing the river on the first floor of the hotel, and the smell of jasmine is fragrant when walking past. The hotel has rice noodles for breakfast, and the dining environment is also good. Next time I come back to Guilin, I will choose this Hanting Hotel again.

Hanting is always the first choice when traveling or on business trips, but this time there was a small accident. Because there was no place to dry clothes, the child was stung by a hornet's nest hidden under the handrail of the stairs when going to the stairwell to dry clothes. In a small episode, the staff began to say: "You can't go out of the fire stairwell"! I don’t think this statement is convincing. The fire stairwell is not a place you can’t go to. The safety hazard in the hotel is a dereliction of duty. You can’t attribute the responsibility to the guests who trespassed on the so-called “forbidden place” without authorization, but you should be responsible. The fire stairwell is not a forbidden area. Later, after refutation, another staff member of the hotel apologized and exempted the two from the breakfast fee! Fortunately, there is nothing serious about the child, so I will not be held accountable. Otherwise, no matter how much money I pay, I would not let my child get hurt!

I have stayed in many hotels, and this is the first time I choose Hanting. Surprisingly, this Hanting Hotel is extremely cost-effective among chain hotels with the same price. The room is very clean, which is what I am most satisfied with, followed by the environment, quiet and adjacent to the river. The front desk made reasonable arrangements after knowing my request for the room, the service attitude was good, and the guests were very friendly. The variety of breakfast is very rich, more delicious than the rice noodles I ate outside. I can eat all the special flavors of Guilin. It is very cost-effective to book a room with meals. Before leaving, the front desk gave me sweet-scented osmanthus cake for me to eat on the way. The auntie in the room said goodbye politely. Overall, I am very satisfied and will recommend it to my friends.

Guilin is really a treasure city, with beautiful mountains and rivers, and beautiful night scenes! Two Rivers and Four Lakes, Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, and East and West Alleys are all well-known, so I will directly upload the pictures without further ado. The hotel rooms are big, cheap, and very clean. You can directly see Xiaojiang from the room. The price/performance ratio is super high. The brothers and sisters at the front desk are good-looking and friendly, and they gave us sweet-scented osmanthus cake and mangosteen tea. The aunt in the guest room also reminded us to remember to bring an umbrella when we go out. My heart is very warm, and the hotel is very warm. It can be seen that we care about the feelings of the guests. Highly recommended~

For our family of four, there are very few hotel standard rooms with 1.5 beds, which is very suitable. Clean, cheap, very nice.
