Very friendly stay and they willing to upgrade our room to a bigger room because we bringing baby! A very pleasant stay in Guilin

The room was quite smaller than expected. I booked a special big bed room, but I was given a double bed room instead. However, the hotel is very close to a bus stop, which is convenient.

Only stayed 1 night but it was clean and nice service. Didn't explore facilities or taste food.

The executive room was super clean and the hotel staff is very polite… I would love to comeback again here . Thank you

overall our stay was really good environment was pretty comfy, staff was very professional best thing was reception staff as they contacted us even before our arrival if we need anything special like we needed parking place and it was arranged immediately.

The hotel is foreign guests friendly. Clean and very accomodating staff. Highly recommended 👍

From the warm reception at check-in to any needs during the stay, every link makes people feel meticulous care. I consulted the surrounding attractions, and the staff not only introduced them patiently, but also helped plan the tour route, which saved me a lot of detours. The front desk service is warm and efficient, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the Guilin rice noodles are especially authentic. The surrounding transportation is convenient and Zhengyang Pedestrian Street can be reached on foot. The price-performance ratio is very high, it is an ideal choice for business travel and leisure travel, highly recommended!

The hotel is very good, with a convenient location. The taxi fare to Liangjiang and Four Lakes is the starting price. Clean and sanitary, good service, rich and delicious breakfast. The parent-child room was booked. The room was large and had all kinds of toys. The children loved it so much that they stayed for two more days.
