The room was excellent, I was very satisfied. The service was also great, very warm and attentive. I was very happy with the room, it offered great value for money, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended, I'll definitely come again!

Its a decent budget hotel, but if im being honest I wouldnt stay here again. - our room had carpet, not a big fan of it and it looked dirty and our room needed a renewal it looked from the 80s - we bought breakfast but apparently it was for 1 person? - they asked us kindly to write a review, but pressured us multiple times with the question “can you do it now” - people also smoke in the elevator etc - the airco we installed to 0 degrees and still wasnt cold enoug

The service was great, the room was spacious, and the price was good. They even gave my child a free breakfast, which was a nice touch.

I found this hotel online, and the price was just right. It's close to the Seven Star Crags scenic area, and there's a delicious restaurant nearby, Chunji Roasted Goose. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, bright, and hygienic. The front desk even upgraded my room. I booked breakfast for two, and the food was plentiful with a great dining atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic experience! I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

Also, after checking out, they even gave me two extra bottles of water for my journey, which I thought was a really thoughtful gesture. The staff called beforehand to confirm my check-in time, and upon arrival, they arranged a quiet room on a high floor as requested in my booking notes, which allowed me to rest exceptionally well. During my stay, they even provided two extra bottles of mineral water – such a warm and thoughtful detail. Guilin's weather is humid, but the room felt dry and comfortable; it was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were complete and fully functional, with the air conditioning being particularly powerful. The hotel offers great value for money, and I could see Guilin's mountains right from my window, giving the distant scenery a wonderful Southeast Asian resort vibe. Before check-out, the service staff proactively asked about my experience and actively resolved any issues. Overall, my experience was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Guilin!

I was really worried about the service yesterday, but the customer service staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. The front desk always greeted us with a smile, which shows this hotel is very well-managed. The room was clean and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The room service was also exceptionally thoughtful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. It's also conveniently located near the university (Shida), within walking distance, and surrounded by plenty of dining options. Super convenient! I'll be back for sure. The room space is ample, it's very quiet at night, and the cleanliness is excellent. Although the facilities aren't brand new, you can tell they put effort into maintenance and upkeep. The breakfast offers Guilin rice noodles, which taste decent, although the selection isn't extensive, the flavor is good. Breakfast runs until 11 AM, which is a big plus! The hotel has robots, making it very convenient for ordering takeout. I chose this hotel randomly, and the price was great during the off-season. The hotel has parking, which is convenient if you're driving, and it offers great value for money. I really like Guilin, and I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.
