Really beautiful hotel in a really good location. The room and common areas were very clean and also pretty. There is a really good cafe inside with delicious teas and the breakfast is great too. The staff is really kind and attentive, they helped us with any requests or questions we had. There is also a cute cat to keep you company. One of the best hotels we’ve been to in China.

It was a lovely stay, and I wished I could have stayed longer here. The hosts are very friendly and helped with a lot of questions on where to go and how to avoid tourist traps. As it was colder when I arrived, they informed me to put on more layers to keep myself warm when heading out. Love the thoughtfulness of the host, as they have prepared hand cream and facial masks since the weather is colder and dryer now. It’s a nice retreat back to the room after sightseeing and shopping.
Also wanted to say, they use Dyson hairdryer 👍🏼

This was such a beautiful and homey place. The room was inviting and had many complinentaries and the café downstairs had good breakfast. The place even had a ballpit! Additionally, the staff was very nice and always helpful. Would definitely recommend!:)

It was a very pleasant stay. The room is very nice, cozy and clean. The service is very attentive and has good recommendations. Don't worry, if you don't speak Chinese, English is an option as well. Say hi to the cute cat there. :)

The room is clean and in good condition. The breakfast is very tasty. And they have two cats in the hotel!!! I would recommend the hotel to anybody

This lovely hotel had exceptional service. The counter staff were incredibly considerate and helpful. They even helped us with a slightly unusual request to brew some herbs in their kitchen. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. There was an outdoor tub in the garden suite which was not as clean as we liked but we did not need to use it. The breakfast was amazing and we highly recommend it.
