Echarm Hotel (Guilin High-speed Railway North Station)

I originally wanted to give it four stars, but after thinking about it I decided not to. The Chinese New Year is not easy for everyone Facilities: It's fairly new, and the bed and pillows are quite comfortable. The Wi-Fi didn't work. It disconnected after being connected for a while. It still used the old wireless protocol. The computer kept reminding me that there was a security risk, so I could only use my mobile phone to open a hotspot for work. Hygiene: Hygiene is good, and the lady who cleans the floor is very enthusiastic. Say hello whenever you meet Environment: I didn’t go shopping around. Maybe it was during the Chinese New Year. Many shops in the streets nearby were closed. I couldn’t find Guilin rice noodles even if I wanted to. Service: The reason why I want to give four points is the service. There is no welcome fruit mentioned in the Ctrip booking, and other benefits are not enjoyed. The twin room comes with a breakfast, although it is not used, but It just feels weird, it’s better not to have it. There was no one at the front desk when I checked in. After a few shouts, a young man came out. However, he felt listless. It was unclear whether he was sick or was on duty during the holidays. When I checked out, the handsome guy at the front desk asked me about my stay experience, and I gave him an overview. I listened carefully and gave him a thumbs up. Overall, I am satisfied with it. I can barely score 4 points. The more points will be given to the step of checking out and asking guests about their accommodation experience. I hope it can be improved so that more customers can experience the services of Dongcheng Group Hotels.
