Heshe Lakeside Resort

Amazing dreaming and well located resort. I really enjoyed the time in that hotel. The bedrooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The services and commodities are great! I highly recommend that hotel.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Heshe Lakeside Resort. The location is great if you want peace and quiet as it’s not near the city center, but the lake view from our room was lovely. Super close to Ludi Cave, which ended up being a highlight of our trip. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, always ready to help. Breakfast was solid with plenty of options. Perfect for families who don’t mind being a bit outside the main area. Would definitely stay here again for the cave and the calm atmosphere.

The experience at the hotel was amazing, the staff speaks good English and very very caring. The breakfast was very tasty and with a good view, i recommend this stay to everyone.

If you want to relax and take in nature Heshe Lakeside Resort is an amazing place to stay after busy traveling around china. The front desk staff are super amazing,accommodating and attentive. The cooks are amazing, definitely recommend trying their beer battered fish, we also had their foot massage (1hr) was sooo relaxing that I had to try their body massage the next day and I slept like a baby! Finally the views in the room are amazing!! Rooms have a small nest-like area where I was able to enjoy a night of reading. Recommend Heshe Lakeside Resort for some calm and relaxing vibes and if you want to be treated with love and care by the staff !

Heshe Hotel stands as one of the finest resorts for accommodation in Guilin. Their hospitality, culinary offerings, ambiance, and staff are all exceptionally delightful and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by amazing front desk attendant, Melody. She assisted us through out our stay and made sure we’re comfortable and well taken care of and our tour guide, Eric, who communicated fluently in English, significantly easing our experience as non-Chinese speakers. The owner was equally gracious, sharing their barbecue with us, creating a sense of homeliness. This hotel is located just 15 minutes from the main tourist attractions, with rooms that are very clean and offer breathtaking views. I am definitely coming back again.

Heshe lake resort is situated next to the Reed flute cave- our room overlooked a small lake and the mountains beyond- it is a tranquil / peaceful setting, just what one needs after a long travel! The staff were very friendly, communicating in English ( that was helpful! ) , offering something to drink as soon as we arrived- we felt really welcomed from the first moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with a stunning view of the lake, and a bowl of fresh fruit awaiting us.

Beautiful serene lakeside hotel, very comfortable to stay! Also very friendly helpful staff, cater to all your needs. They offer complimentary rafting in the lake and afternoon tea. Had a pleasant stay in this place, highly recommend it 😃!
