I really enjoyed staying at this hotel - it was a great surprise. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed, plus a nice view of the trees by the river which made it feel private. The location is perfect, really close to the pagodas, the shopping street, and all the main sights in Guilin.

Just stayed a night here, was super lovely. Rooftop was a great view, nice place to get takeaway and watch the sunset. The restaurant downstairs was nice but a bit pricey and they have washing machines free for use with detergent provided!

location was fantastic. walkable distance to pagoda, elephant hill and temple. highly recommend the night market food street just right next to the hotel. lots of options available, seafood and skewers were fresh. if you like noodles, hotel provides a cook-on-demand noodle station which the staff helped gladly.

The hotel left only positive impressions! The view is absolutely stunning, especially in the evenings. Of course, it can get a bit noisy in the evening as guests enjoy their time on the premises, but the music shuts off exactly at 11:30 PM, and you can sleep peacefully. A very nice touch was when the reception gave us local delicacies upon our departure — it was an unexpected but very thoughtful gesture. Additionally, we forgot our Euro adapter, and the receptionist literally ran after us for about 7 minutes to return it. We were really touched by the attention to detail and care for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room is clean and spacious. The room design is also beautiful. It is also located in a good location that is near attractions like elephant hill. They also have washing machines and dryers and a gym room.

Hotel was at a good location - close to lots of restaurant. Room was smoky but otherwise everything else was good. We ordered a stroller online and got it delivered however it was missing some parts and the receptionist help us resolved the issue with the seller and got us a replacement and also set it up for us to make sure it’s working well before handling it over to us. Can also get a bot noisy at night with live singers along the river but they all generally stop after 10pm.

Service was great. Wifi was good. Good shower. But one of the dryers was broken, and there was a long line to use the washing machines at night. But in the early morning, there was no people.

You can see the elephant trunk and two towers from the rooftop (saved us a trip), and it’s literally right next to the Sheraton but slightly cheaper price. The rooms are very clean and new. If your room faces the street, there will be open karaoke until 10pm, but they do all stop sharply at 10pm. It’s also a few minute walk from the main promenade, which makes it quite accessible to food and snacks.

Very nice and convenient hotel to stay will in guilin... Nearby all the tourist attractions. No need to take taxi.. All walkable

Very happy with the location and the staff who check in. He offered us 2 free breakfast if I buy 2 as I told him I forgot to buy breakfast during booking of hotel.
