The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the environment was clean and tidy. They kindly upgraded my room and thoughtfully introduced local food and transportation options nearby. Definitely the most considerate hotel I've stayed at recently. Exceptional value for money!

The room was neat and clean, and the hotel was decorated with coffee-related items everywhere, which was very unique.

The hotel rooms are a bit small, and there aren't many tables to put things on. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. There's a hotel parking lot. There's a laundry room, but it seems to be leaking somewhere as there are puddles of water on the floor. The breakfast selection isn't extensive. The hotel's location is good; you can walk to the attractions.

We stayed here as a family, and the location was fantastic, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient with check-in. They were also very thoughtful with our kids. Overall, we had a satisfying experience and would recommend it to families visiting Yangshuo/Guilin!

The transportation is extremely convenient, with a quick trip to Guilin Railway Station in the city center. You can also rent an e-bike right at the property, which is more than enough for getting around downtown Guilin. Unless you're planning an in-depth tour, half a day to a day is plenty. The hotel is a bit on the older side, with compact room layouts and narrow hallways. The rooms feature individual AC units rather than central air conditioning, and the cooling performance is just average. However, the front desk service was very warm and welcoming.

The rooms are a bit old, but the service is excellent, and the hygiene is also acceptable. The doorman service is prompt and attentive, addressing any issues immediately. The hotel's location is great, very close to Elephant Trunk Hill Park and conveniently located for Guilin Railway Station.

The location is excellent, close to everything. After checking in, they even send you maps with sightseeing and food recommendations. The breakfast includes Guilin rice noodles, which is a nice touch. It was also very convenient to have a bus pick us up for our trip to Yangshuo.

The room decor was quite nice, clean and tidy. When checking out, they even asked if I needed two bottles of water, which was very welcoming. Overall, my stay was great. Even though the room faced the street, it was pretty quiet, and the hotel's location is also good.

The self-service Guilin characteristic Luo Han Guo tea was delicious and very clean.
