停車方便，入住很快，前台服務人員小洪的態度很熱情 房間也比較舒適。細節打動人心，一箇中等酒店將住宿以外的細節也做到了讓人驚喜。觸之所及，目之所向，環境服務自助早餐都很棒，還給我免費升級房型，下次還過來住！很滿意哦

地理位置好，近步行街，有免費停車場，酒店重新裝修過，房間很寬敞，都帶窗，衞生乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，環境很好。住很很舒適。前台小洪服務好，辦理入住很快，好有效率，下次還會選擇這個酒店入住，推薦！！！

前台服務態度很不錯房間乾淨整潔，真心不錯。位置好，靠近西山風景區上 西山走路過去幾分鐘而已，汽車站也是幾分鐘，離步行街也近，還是蠻不錯的 ，交通方便，酒店設施很新，值得入住。

這是我第2次來這個酒店，當時是提前一天預訂，然後第2天是11點就到達酒店，比預訂時間早一個小時。原本訂的是大床房，結果拿着房卡打開房間之後發現是雙人床的房間（單人床或者雙人床對我來説無所謂，都能接受，因為第一次來這個酒店，感覺還是挺不錯的）。晚上11:00的時候，下樓去買水，打開門掉落了一張小卡片，上面的小廣告……（提供上門服務，就有人的房間外面都有，有一些房間門口是沒有的。第一次來這個酒店的時候沒有遇見過，不然不會來）。下面描述問題應該是環境問題吧，在酒店第二天發現身上起了紅色的東西，如下圖。

房間和圖片一致，裝修風格簡單素雅很喜歡，各種設施佈置精美，衞生very乾淨，入住放心，周邊交通出行方便。隔音好，空調涼爽，有一整晚都睡得很安穩，同時前台工作人員小洪熱情善談 讓人感受很親切 處理問題也很專業 下次還會選擇這家酒店！

等了幾個小時房間還沒打掃好能入住，前台接待人一直拖着，後面又等了半個小時説收拾好了上去看阿姨還在打掃，電視也開不了機，礦泉水還氣壓不對，退房的時候拖了五分鐘還不退按金😡

每次出差都是住這家店，但是這次體驗感真的很差！衞生間上一個住客的牙刷還在晾衣架上，保潔打掃衞生都沒清理，花灑都發黴了也不見清潔一下。前台服務態度也不行，麻煩他們送幾個衣架，他們説要自己去洗衣房拿，然後洗衣房什麼都沒有。

很好，值得再來，附近有好吃的，有好玩的（曾經，官橋附近風光無限，近山臨水，柳樹碧綠，垂柳隨風，橋下澗溪山水清徹，天氣晴好時，清風輕起，柳浪鶯啼，人漫步於橋畔，駐足於亭中，可聽橋下流水潺潺，可觀溪中游魚，一目青山，真令人心曠神怡，此情此景，上世紀八九十年代還依然可賞，市民遊人每上西山，多願駐足享受這傳説中的進入西山第一處美景。）
