前台男士業務不熟練，鑽石會員兑換的雙早跟我説不含早，也沒有介紹時間，打電話問還説不含早説什麼電子早餐可以送我們，我兑換有需要你送嗎？入住的時候説了需要加兩條中巾送來的是方巾，前台分不清中巾方巾？？？不點差評是因為酒店總體還是在桂平眾多酒店裡體驗不錯的，還有就是後來給補房卡的小姑娘不錯，還有就是早餐餐廳空調再涼快一點就好了。

房間整體還行，由於定的是無窗房，對於這個月的廣西來説即便有空調，房間也還是很悶的，所以自己升級了房間，升級後的房間總體來説還是比較滿意的，畢竟價錢擺在這裏，前台服務也很不錯，對於提出的合理要求都能滿足，整體來説，體驗感還行
