The interior of the room is exquisitely decorated and fully equipped. The beds are soft and comfortable, making people sleep well all night. The bathroom is clean and tidy, with complete equipment and a great sense of use. In addition, the hotel also provides high-speed wireless network, which is very convenient for work and leisure. In terms of service, the hotel staff are very friendly and professional, both the reception and the room service make people feel at home. Especially the catering service, the breakfast provided is rich in variety and authentic taste, which is impressive. Overall, this hotel left a very good impression on me in terms of location, facilities, health or service. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose this place again as my place to stay."

"The Chinese-style room is very grand. The front desk checked in quickly and enthusiastically. However, there was no welcome fruit in the room, there was a yellow stain on the toilet sink, and the air conditioner made a serious noise. Since we checked in late, we didn't want to change rooms. The breakfast is a standard buffet at 68 yuan per person, and it ends at 10 o'clock. When I came around 9:20, it was basically gone and they would not refill it. I saw that there were dishes on the noodles cooking area. I didn't want to eat the noodles, but only wanted to eat the toppings. The waiter directly refused me sternly. The breakfast was not worth it. We changed to a new room the next day. There was fruit provided upon check-in. There were no problems with the equipment and hygiene. However, the breakfast was as bad as the day before."

As smoking is allowed, smoke from other rooms are able to get into the room all the time, probably via the ventilation system. Something to consider for non-smokers who are sensitive. One suggestion for the hotel is to try to separate smoking and non-smoking customers to different floors if possible."

"This time I stayed at the Trifolia Holiday Hotel and the experience was great, I must give a full score! The overall design of the room is simple and high-end, the walls and decoration are very new, the texture is online, and it feels clean and comfortable as soon as you enter the door. Hygiene is nothing to say, the bedding is white and tidy, the ground and bathroom are cleaned spotlessly, and the details are handled in place. The service is also very intimate, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the response is timely, and the whole stay is very comfortable. The location is also convenient, the surrounding facilities are complete, and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The price is super high, I will choose here next time, I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Overall ok stay. However, on my final night there, there was none stop partying till 1.30am. Called the reception since 12.30am to get them to stop the noise but they didn't managed to identify source of noise. Had to go to the lobby and approach the security staff and find the source of noise. Turns out? It was at the top floor (with no guest rooms). It was the hotel OWNER that was causing all these disruptions. As a hotel owner, if you can't even prioritise your guests’ BASIC need to have a peaceful sleep, you should heavily consider closing down your business. PS: Assigned me a room that was not ready on my first day. **** management overall."

"The room is quite big but the facilities are old and there are rats in the middle of the night. You can see traces of rats on the floor at the door of each room. The rats bit things and screamed all night. It was so annoying. The sanitation is also very poor. It is mainly at the foot of Xishan Mountain. It is close. It looks good on the outside, but it is not good inside. The air conditioner is not warm. It is very old."
