During this stay, the room was spotlessly clean and tidy, the mattress was comfortable, and I didn't find any of the minor oversights from my previous visit, which is highly commendable. Secondly, both the front desk and housekeeping staff were warm and professional. Check-in was efficient, and requests were handled promptly, which made me feel truly well-cared for. The hotel's location, with its excellent transport links and nearby amenities, remains one of its strongest advantages – incredibly convenient. While some of the facilities aren't exceptional, they are perfectly adequate and offer good value for money at this price point. Overall, this stay was a pleasant and seamless experience. Seeing the hotel's improvement and effort is a huge plus. I hope the hotel continues to maintain and improve its service levels.
