This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; check-in was super efficient, and they even offered a free room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. The room had excellent soundproofing, and the overall environment was incredibly quiet, ensuring a completely undisturbed rest. The air conditioning worked perfectly and cooled the room very well. Plus, the hotel thoughtfully allowed a late check-out until 2 PM. The service was meticulous and attentive throughout. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!
