Homewood Suites by Hilton Hotels in Guiyang

The room was bright, clean, and odor-free. Jesson, the staff member, was gentle and attentive, and all our requests were promptly addressed. There are plenty of dining options nearby, especially on Yanwu Street which has many delicious places to eat. We had a great rest, and the facilities were complete, even having a refrigerator in the summer. It was a comfortable stay, and for a short trip, the experience was absolutely perfect.

Booked this hotel in Guiyang last minute during a 'special forces' style trip, and chose it because it was pet-friendly. I honestly expected an average room given the low price, but I was so pleasantly surprised! The room was fantastic, very spacious, and well-equipped. It even had a microwave, cutlery, and a mini-fridge, so I could heat up food right in the room. Breakfast was good too. What impressed me most was their pet-friendly service. The front desk provided wet wipes and tissues, the room had complimentary pee pads, and they even gave my dog a toy, which he loved! I originally planned to stay only one night, but since I enjoyed it so much, I extended my stay for another night. The only downside was that the room was a bit warm, and I wish I could have adjusted the temperature myself!

Would definitely stay here again, I had a great view from my room, and the building is tall enough that you can see pretty far out. The breakfast was up to par for CN standards, had a made to order noodle bar. Very comfortable and spacious overall, not just the room, but common areas as well, (oh and they have good coffee with a selection of Monin syrup and a variety of quality tea bags, self-serve in the lobby 24/7). They also had free laundry/dryer at the 3/f, with detergent. On the second night of a 2 night stay, there was torrential rainfall throughout the night, including thunder and lightning; the power went out twice in the whole area, at least several city blocks; there basically wasn’t anything the hotel could do about it. But all the emergency backup lighting and signage were all working properly, both in the room and in the hallway, so that was surely good. 小周 at the front desk was quite helpful and sincere, props to them, they were also super apologetic about the power outage (even though it was in no way their fault). Great stay!

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn was an unexpected delight, offering a truly relaxing and comfortable travel experience. The lobby boasts a stylish and bright design, and the room layout is clever, featuring a versatile workspace and a practical, thoughtful mini-kitchen. The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the 24-hour fitness center was perfect for my travel schedule. What truly stood out was the incredibly warm and helpful front desk staff. I'll definitely choose this hotel for my next trip!

The environment is excellent. It's spacious and bright, the bedding is very comfortable, and the breakfast selection is quite good. It's perfect for families with kids, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. The staff are also very friendly.
