The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. Check-in at the front desk was very quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was also good, allowing for a great night's rest. The staff were enthusiastic and responded promptly to any issues. It offers great value for money, and I would consider staying here again next time.

This was our first stop in Guizhou. The hotel is located in a bustling area and spans two floors, operating like a guesthouse. The noise from the street at night was quite disruptive, making it hard to rest after a long day of travel. My parents couldn't turn off the exhaust fan in their room and had to sleep with the sound all night. The positives are the butler service, which delivers late-night snacks and refreshments to the room, and thoughtful amenities like steam eye masks and face masks. The front desk also solicited guest feedback upon check-out. However, in room 1802, three of the lights couldn't be turned off, so we had to wear eye masks to sleep.

The service was very attentive, and the facilities were complete. Afternoon tea and supper were delivered to our room daily. Plus, the hotel is right next to the subway entrance, making getting around super convenient.

The surrounding area has convenient transportation, being close to the subway station. It's also very near tourist attractions, and there are many food options downstairs.

Great location and top-notch service! The Huaguoyuan Shopping Center is right downstairs, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. My wife and kids were so happy. Next time, we'll definitely book a family room – a bit of a shame we couldn't get one this time.

The room location is excellent, directly facing the Petronas Towers. The hotel's detailed service is impeccable; they even installed a clothes hook near the AC vent. Plus, there's thoughtful afternoon tea and supper provided. Very satisfied!

I was really happy with the environment; the facilities and equipment were complete. The projector even came with a VIP feature, and the hot tub had disposable liners and bubble bath. We stayed for two nights and they even arranged an airport pick-up service for us. Highly recommended! The location is also very convenient, right next to the White House Twin Towers.
