Elong Hotel

During my summer vacation, I went to Guiyang and chose this eLong hotel. The location is excellent, very close to Penshuichi Station, and within walking distance to places like Minsheng Road and Yuantong Street, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel room is quite spacious, and there's a laundry room. It's also kept very clean. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast isn't great.

Convenient location, close to the subway, and plenty of food options nearby. The breakfast was excellent. We received a free room upgrade, and the service was fantastic. They even offered welcome fruits and provided helpful tips on local attractions. Laundry facilities were also convenient.

The staff were all very welcoming and the room was clean and tidy. However, the soundproofing wasn't great; the noise from the cars outside at night was quite loud and disturbed my sleep. The breakfast was clean, hygienic, and tasty.

The hotel kindly upgraded our room and provided complimentary Fanta, Coca-Cola, Sprite, and a fruit platter. A special thanks to Xiao Yao, who went above and beyond when my child accidentally left something behind. She proactively contacted us and helped mail it to us. We are so grateful! This hotel is highly recommended as a transit stop for anyone traveling through Guizhou.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, right near a transfer station for Metro Lines 1 and 2, making it super convenient whether you're arriving by plane or high-speed train. The interior of the hotel is quite clean, and the decor feels new. It's well-equipped with all the essential amenities, and I was especially thrilled to find a refrigerator – complete with complimentary drinks! The staff were all incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. I had a truly pleasant stay.

The subway station is just a short walk away, and it's a 10-minute walk to Minsheng Road.

The hotel's location is great, right in the bustling downtown area with plenty of food options nearby. It's quite close to Minsheng Road Food Street. However, if you're carrying large, heavy luggage, it's best to avoid taking the subway, even though the station is very close. The closest Line 2 exit, H, is separated from the hotel by an underpass, which only has an escalator going up. The hotel has a laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers, connected to the gym, and on the same floor (10th) as the restaurant and front desk. Diagonally opposite the hotel entrance, across the underpass, is Guomao (China World Trade Center). The grilled chicken at Mujianzi upstairs is pretty good, with very crispy skin.

I always choose this hotel for my business trips, and it's generally great. However, this time there was construction nearby, and the noise was incredibly loud, going on until very late. After staying one night, I asked the front desk if I could switch to a quieter room, but they said a free upgrade wasn't possible, so I just had to make do.
