Guiyang Flower Orchard Twin Towers High Atour Hotel

On my first stay, it felt decent. This is my second time checking in after coming back from Anshun. First, the front desk said they'd upgrade me to an executive room, but I honestly wish they hadn't – it's incredibly noisy. It's past 12 AM right now, and I'm writing this because I can't take it anymore. First off, as soon as I entered the room, there was a strong, foul smell of smoke, and it felt like the mop hadn't been cleaned, leaving a horrible odor. Secondly, it's extremely loud. The soundproofing is terrible; I can clearly hear the TV next door and them calling their smart assistant. It's really affecting my mood.

The room layout is very spacious, and being on a high floor, the view is excellent, with the night scenery looking beautiful. The front desk can help retrieve food deliveries, and there are also robot delivery services, making the facilities very convenient.

The accommodation environment was great, and the breakfast and late-night 'porridge' were also delicious. It was very quiet at night, with no outside noise audible at all. This is probably due to its relatively high location in the Twin Towers, offering a fantastic panoramic view of Huaguoyuan.👍

The views are absolutely stunning, and the location is incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The facilities are also very comprehensive.

I always sleep so well at Atour. Their whole line of products is very comfortable. From here, you can see the White House clearly, and the night view is beautiful. When there was an issue with my room, they were quick to switch me to another one.

I stayed at the Atour Hotel this time, and the environment was pleasant and beautiful. It's located right in Dolphin Plaza, which is also a popular spot for influencers. It's about 500 meters from the White House, so the location is indeed excellent. Downstairs, there's a mall with plenty of shops and food options, making it very convenient. The hotel lobby is on the 38th floor, and the hotel rooms are on floors 49-50. This time, I was assigned a room on the 38th floor. Next time, I might try a room on the 50th floor, which I believe has a large balcony and offers views of the White House, making the scenery even better. There was a minor hiccup on the first night of my stay, but overall, it was still good. The hotel needs to improve its management regarding late check-out. The room only came with two bottles of mineral water and no other beverages; perhaps this could be improved upon. When arriving with luggage, you have to walk a short distance to reach the lobby. The front desk could inform guests in advance to have their driver go directly to the parking lot, which would be more convenient, especially since walking with luggage in the summer heat can be quite uncomfortable. Upon check-out, they provide complimentary water, which is a nice touch, especially in the summer.

The hotel is located on the upper floors of the Twin Towers, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping downstairs. It's right next to Dolphin Plaza and the White House, which was the main reason we chose it. However, a common issue with Atour hotels is the small rooms, no pool, and mediocre breakfast. Room upgrades are usually out of the question, but then again, the price is quite good. It's a decent transit stop for a quick visit to Guiyang. The surrounding Huaguoyuan district is extremely crowded, so the streets are packed at night.

For our last night in Guizhou, we chose Atour, and the hotel is conveniently located on the 38th floor of the Twin Towers, right above Dolphin Plaza. It's super easy to shop, dine, and explore. The front desk staff was very friendly and proactively upgraded our room to a higher floor. The room itself was cozy, and the Atour bedding was really comfortable. The next day, since our train wasn't leaving until later, the front desk kindly extended our check-out by an hour. I honestly think other chain hotels could learn a lot from their service philosophy. Atour is just so comfortable, I'll definitely choose them again for future trips.
