My friend recommended this hotel, and the customer service was fantastic! They were so enthusiastic, answered all my questions, and were always ready to help. They even recommended some great local restaurants. The hotel facilities are excellent too. I booked a king room and a family room, and my kids absolutely loved the family room! The price was really affordable as well. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing a hotel. Plus, there are tons of delicious food options right downstairs – perfect for a food adventure! I'll definitely choose Banshan again next time I'm in Guiyang.

The hotel location is excellent, just 300 meters from Qingyun Market. Jiaxiu Tower is also within walking distance. The room was very clean, and the smart voice control throughout the room was super convenient. Breakfast is served until 1 PM, so you can even have it as an early lunch. Highly recommend this place!

The room was incredibly clean, and the housekeeper did a wonderful job. They even replenished the toiletries daily. The hotel's location is fantastic, with a snack and shopping street nearby, and it's super convenient to get to other places. The front desk service was excellent; they even gave us a departure gift. A special shout-out to the room service staff – their attitude was great, and they recommended some delicious food and fun places to visit. They were also very prompt in helping us with any requests we had.
