The facilities are quite new and the room is spacious, making for a pleasant stay overall. However, I have one question: why isn't the showerhead's water flow adjustable? The water pressure is too strong. It might be okay for adults, but my child couldn't possibly shower with it.

一開始很奇怪，全季怎麼會是3星，入住之後發現3星也是實至名歸。價格倒是比市中心的四星全季還要高。 首先一入住進電梯，電梯里居然還有*****，也沒處理。 拿到的是一個剛打掃完的房間，地上水還沒幹（拖把該換了，一股漚臭味兒），撲面而來的煙味，剛打掃完的房間，如果煙味如此誇張，應該先稍微通風一下再轉房態安排給客户吧。我也沒想着換房，和前台説了之後讓幫忙處理一下，吃了個飯回來還是太嚴重，換房間了，前台態度還是很好的（但是為什麼衹給2星後面補充）。 晚上洗澡，花灑切換模式的按鈕是壞的，出來的水像流出來的口水，使勁兒摁着那個切換按鈕水流能強一點，這可以克服。可是！！！！水温衹有凍死和燙死兩個選項，燙的我嗷嗷叫，實在無法忍受。 説回服務，集團酒店的培訓應該不能出現在顧客面前玩手機的情況。下午14-16點，前台背後的工作間的門也沒關，裏面員工休息情況展露無遺，前台一個小姐姐一個小哥哥，趴在前台玩手機。 晚上12點的時候Wi-Fi突然壞了，打電話問前台，我説Wi-Fi什麼情況，跟我重複了三遍“前台的電腦也連接不上了”，我不好奇你的情況，我詢問的目的是想知道多久能修好，回覆不了我，她説她向上反映了，我説那你知道結果后辛苦告知一下我，因為我還在等Wi-Fi工作，小姑娘答應了。等了快一小時沒答覆，我打回去問，説是要明天早上，那你倒是回覆我啊。 我也不是要你立馬解決，但是首先客户反應有問題，回答的模板應該是先闡述情況，告知解決方案或解決時間，不是感覺事不關己。 明明跟旁邊華邑和漢庭一個業主，感覺服務團隊差距也太大了，我理解洲際和華住會檔次不同，但是基礎設施和基礎服務培訓還是要匹配價格吧。好險衹定了2晚，寧願加錢住隔壁華邑。

房間空間挺大的，打掃得很乾凈，剛剛入住的時候有一股異味，不知道是不是消毒水的味道，但是衣帽間味道真的不好聞，邊上有商場，離老城區有點遠，如果要去中心玩需要先騎3公里的共享單車，然後轉地鐵大概25分鐘左右！

酒店設施嶄新，我們六人定了一間套房，一間雙床房，前台給送了兩份早餐。停車在華邑酒店地下車庫，進入酒店電梯有點繞。房間視野很好，也很安靜，早餐有麪條餛飩，咖啡。樓下有便利店，葯店等等，總之到貴陽旅行值得推薦。

1訂了落地窗，前台給安排了幾户無窗的房間糊弄 2寫着的歡迎水果不要不主動給，給了水果還是壞的，同時沒洗乾淨 3樓下屋面風機早上把你吵醒 4樓上裝修電鑽聲音 多差呢，不想吐槽了
