Microtel by Wyndham (Qianling Mountain Park， Guiyang )

Facilities: The showerhead was leaking badly, and the emergency flashlight in the room had no battery. I really wonder how housekeeping checks the rooms. Safety is no small matter. Cleanliness: It was very dirty. The mouthwash cup on the sink had toothpaste residue from the previous guest. Environment: Average. Service: The service attitude was very poor. After I complained to the platform, they sent a staff member to knock on our door. The first thing the staff member said after I opened the door was, "What's your problem?"

The environment is clean and the service is great. The customer service lady was very kind and gentle!

I spent a few days living the life of a pig in Guiyang. I visited the Xiao Lao Fei Hotel, which is very close to the south gate of the park, though I had to take a detour because of road construction under the bridge. The hotel has a robot, so ordering takeout was very convenient; it could be delivered to my room.

The hotel is newly opened, very clean, and fully equipped, living up to the standards of a high-end hotel. The staff are warm and attentive, even providing a small Christmas welcome gift. The location is also very close to the subway station, making it a very convenient choice.

The location was decent, very close to Qianling Mountain, and the blankets were comfortable. However, the room's soundproofing was terrible. My room faced the street, and I could hear the traffic noise very clearly, which disturbed my rest. What I found most unbearable was being woken up at 1 AM by the sound of running water from the drainpipe upstairs! How could they not even do basic soundproofing? Unbelievable!!! The hand soap bottle next to the sink was empty too, speechless…

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews, this is my second stay. The price-performance ratio is still very high. The bedding is excellent, I always sleep very well here. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's very convenient to go anywhere. The only downside is that the staffing is a bit cramped. They should improve their service.

This hotel is truly excellent for a business trip to Guiyang! It's conveniently located to major shopping districts and attractions, with comfortable transportation and excellent value for money. The room was clean and tidy, and the comfortable, soft bedding provided a restful sleep for a weary body. The room was well-equipped, with freshly ground coffee, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The hotel also has a gym and laundry facilities, making it a truly hassle-free trip. The staff were very attentive.

It only opened in August 2025, and you can still smell the renovation odor. If I could, I wouldn't even give it half a star. The hygiene is poor, and the service is bad. When I reported problems, all I got was a response that they would relay the feedback; unless I proactively contacted the front desk, they wouldn't proactively provide an update on the outcome (the night I stayed, the front desk staff said she was alone and overwhelmed). The sinks and all the tables in the room were dusty, and the floor had many stains. There was also some sticky stuff on one of the bedside tables. The toilet requires sitting for 15 seconds before flushing automatically. The room is small and very different from the seller's photos… The hotel's guest rooms are on the 8th floor, and the front desk is on the 2nd floor.
