I stumbled upon this hotel by chance and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The room was spotlessly clean, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. The service was unpretentious, with all the staff being very kind and quick to help with any issues, showing a great deal of human touch. The room was quiet, perfect for a good rest. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area.

Before leaving Guizhou, I stayed at this hotel again. The environment and service were, as always, impeccable. This time, I'd like to mention the transportation. Baidu Maps told me to get off at Exit H of Pengshuichi Metro Station, but it should actually be Exit G. It's just a short walk of a few dozen meters to the escalator from there. Plus, Pengshuichi Station is super convenient for getting to both the airport and the high-speed rail station without any transfers.

As soon as I entered, I felt it was great – the facilities are all brand new and very clean. Plus, the room is fully smart, which is super convenient. Its location in Guiyang's Penquanzi city center makes it easy to get to any tourist spot.

What's more, my boyfriend secretly contacted the hotel to arrange a proposal setup. The hotel was incredibly cooperative and provided excellent service throughout, even thoughtfully playing beautiful music 🎶. They even worked late into the night for us, which I'm truly grateful for. Since I had no idea, the hotel, wanting to arrange someone in the room to record the moment, cleverly called me to confirm our check-in time. They were so discreet and attentive that I didn't suspect a thing, making the surprise absolutely perfect!!!

The hotel was clean and new, with great views. Since it's located above a government building, you need to register your vehicle for entry and exit in advance. It's also recommended to order food delivery early as the robot delivery can be quite slow. However, the staff were all incredibly nice and friendly. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
