The biggest regret of our trip to Guizhou was booking this hotel. It was our first night's stay in Guizhou, and upon entering the room, we were hit with a strong renovation smell. There were even charcoal bags in the room. When we asked the staff, they said the hotel opened in April this year, but even in August, the smell was still quite strong. At 10:30 PM, after showering and lying in bed, my legs started itching intensely. Then I found a bug crawling on the pillow. We called the staff to ask for a change of sheets and duvet covers. After the staff entered the room, they found more crawling bugs on the floor and ceiling. They were stepping on and catching bugs, which was truly horrifying. They offered to move us to another room, but it was already 10:30 PM, we had just showered, and our luggage was spread all over the room. Changing rooms would take at least another half an hour of packing, and could they guarantee the new room would be bug-free? After much deliberation, we decided to just put up with it for one night; we didn't want the hassle. So, we spent a night in this bug-infested room. We left the hotel the next day, thinking it was over. However, that evening, I discovered that my legs were severely bruised and blue from all the intense scratching due to the itching. I started our trip in Guizhou with blue and bruised legs, filled with worry and fear. The severity of this incident was beyond my imagination, and I still get chills recalling it. I've never stayed in a room with so many bugs. I wonder how the hotel handles pest control; there were bugs on the duvet, on the ceiling, on the floor, and in all the crevices. My good impression of Atour ended abruptly. Although the staff apologized, this experience significantly soured our family's 20,000-yuan trip to Guizhou. I hope the hotel takes this as a serious lesson, conducts a thorough self-inspection and rectification, strengthens pest control, and prevents anyone else from having to go through what we did!!!

The hotel is very close to Minsheng Road, Haochi Street, Wenchang Pavilion, and Jiaxiu Tower. There are also cafes and delicious food hidden in the surrounding alleys, making it great for exploring. The room was comfortable, and my husband really liked the showerhead; the water pressure was strong and pleasant 😌. Our child loved the little sea otter. Breakfast wasn't extravagant, but it was practical. You could even enjoy Guizhou's specialty sour soup noodles, paired with crispy pork bits, spicy chicken, and pickled long beans – absolutely delicious!

The rooms are clean, location is convenient, and the front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room facilities are smart, and the bed was very comfortable. There's a laundry room, gym, and a restaurant with a rich and delicious buffet breakfast. The room was clean, with a wet and dry separation in the bathroom. Highly recommend for business trips, families with kids, or couples.

The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and it was surprisingly quiet even though it faced the street. The location is very central, making it convenient to get anywhere. The staff provided exceptional service. This was definitely the most satisfying hotel of my trip.

I always choose Atour when I travel. The breakfast is good, and the service is warm and friendly. Most importantly, I sleep very comfortably.

The hotel is quite new, clean, and hygienic. The only downside was the 1.2-meter bed which felt a bit small; my husband and kid were a bit cramped sharing it. The two beds couldn't be moved together, so families with children should keep this in mind – it might be better to book two rooms. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and timely refills. They even offered to pack food to go for guests who were rushing to catch a train. The parking lot is located in a small alley next to the hotel. I'd recommend renting a sedan for easier access to the indoor parking. Our Haval H6 was too tall to fit inside. I didn't use the gym, but it looked very new from what I could see through the glass. The laundry room was a great perk, and the dryer was especially useful. Overall, it's excellent value for money. The service was also incredibly friendly; they even packed us two bags of chips when we checked out.

This hotel is perfect for business trips. It's located right in the city center at Pen Shui Chi, making transportation very convenient. It's also close to Minsheng Road Commercial Street, offering a wide variety of dining options. The rooms are clean and quiet, allowing for undisturbed work and rest. The facilities are well-maintained, and housekeeping is prompt and thorough. The front desk staff are efficient and professional. Overall, the stay was comfortable and hassle-free. I'll definitely prioritize booking this hotel again for future business trips here.
