Great! The front desk staff were really good. It was comfortable, and the hot springs were nice too. Perfect for business trips, tourism, or vacations. Came here for a hot spring dip with my friends again! Check-in was super quick, thanks to the front desk staff who were also very thorough with their instructions. The aunties at the hot springs area were so welcoming, always greeting us. However, the buffet really wasn't worth the price. Still, a hot spring soak itself is definitely worth it, haha!

First, the hygiene was terrible; the toilet and floor drain were all unclean. The hairdryer smelled burnt, and the airflow was weak—perfect for long-haired people! Enough said, see the pictures below 👇 Second, the air conditioner vent was incredibly loud, making it impossible to sleep—it was terribly noisy. Turning it off made it hot, and even on the lowest setting, the noise was unbearable. Finally, for a five-star hotel, disposable bath bags are standard, but they charge extra—10 yuan each. Also, they don't deliver food to the rooms! There's a promotional message and a massage service at the lobby and elevator entrance on the first floor. In short, it's not worth the price and is quite poor. I don't know how they even rated it five stars.
