The room was spotless and well-equipped. The surroundings were beautiful with lovely lake views and graceful black swans. Breakfast was also excellent, and the overall service was attentive and thorough. A perfect trip!

Facilities: There's a large bathtub, and the toilet and shower are separate. The hot springs are fantastic, with various temperatures and pools to choose from. There are also massage packages available upstairs if you want to try them. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: Comfortable, the mattress is very comfy, and the duvet fits snugly. It's quiet with few people around. Service: They even gave us small snacks, and there was a good variety of them. We also got a Miao-style fridge magnet, which the kids loved. The complimentary hot spring tickets saved us some money, and the experience was great. It's perfect for taking your girlfriend, wife, or kids. Since our flight was in the evening, we requested a late check-out, and the front desk readily agreed 😊. Overall, everything was excellent; I really couldn't find anything to fault.

The breakfast spread is extensive, and there are many great restaurants around the hotel. We'll definitely come back again.

It truly lives up to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel. We also enjoyed complimentary access to the hot springs, which was a lot of fun! My stay at the Poly International Hot Spring Hotel's King Room was absolutely perfect! The package included unlimited access to the hot springs for two, featuring deep natural spring water and a variety of indoor and outdoor pools with different benefits (like herbal baths and petal pools). After a soak, my skin felt smooth, and all my fatigue melted away. The breakfast spread was extensive, a great mix of Western and Chinese options, including local specialties, and everything tasted delicious.

The room was great, and the facilities, although a bit old, were still good – just a stiff faucet that wouldn't budge, haha. The balcony was huge and invigorating, really nice! An old-school five-star hotel that seems to have been renovated in recent years. It's split into two buildings, one for accommodation and one for the hot springs. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the price is reasonable, and the service is excellent. Definitely worth a stay.

Came all the way from Guiyang just for the hot springs and stayed a night. So many pools and not too crowded, it was definitely worth the trip! The room was spacious, and while the facilities were a bit dated, they were clean.
