Pearl Gallery Hotel Guiyang

First time in Guiyang, stayed at Zhenpo, a hidden luxury amidst the bustling city! The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. A special thanks to Liora and Tina for all their help and prompt responses. I was also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was a great experience and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and even at 11 AM, there was still the Dobean Hotpot available. I even received a souvenir gift when checking out! I will definitely come again.

To sum it up right away, the level of service here easily ranks among the best nationwide for hotels of this tier. The entrance is somewhat hidden, but the butler reached out in advance and was responsive to every question. The artistic taste is sophisticated, the brunch features distinct local flavors, and the nearby Ayundoucang area is wonderful for strolling. What left a deep impression was taking a hotel tour with a handsome staff member who explained the design inspiration behind the hotel and its artworks, giving us a deeper appreciation of the property. Hotels that proactively showcase themselves and offer guided tours are rare nationwide. I would also like to thank Tina, Allin, and another staff member whose name I didn't catch for their wonderful service.

We chose The Gem Hotel for our trip as it coincided with our anniversary. The butler service was warm and attentive—they checked on our preferences before arrival and catered to every request throughout our stay. The hotel interior feels like an art gallery, with a very sophisticated aesthetic in both the public areas and the guest rooms. Breakfast is served until late and the food was great. Overall, a deeply satisfying stay. It’s definitely a hotel we’d love to visit again if given the chance.

An exceptional hotel with amazing service. The package included so much—hot pot for breakfast, plus afternoon tea and dinner. It literally covered all my meals for the day! They even gave me a ring as a parting gift upon check-out. The attention to detail was incredible. Easily the absolute best hotel in Guiyang (the gold standard!). I will definitely be back!!

Before checking in, I contacted Tina to inquire about my room's readiness. She was very patient during our communication and kept me updated on the room's status. The room was undergoing its final checks at the time, and she proactively explained the situation to me without being vague or dismissive, which made me feel very reassured. From initial inquiries to check-in, she was always quick to respond to any questions I had, making communication easy and comfortable, without any sense of distance. The hotel room itself was excellent. The cleanliness was meticulous; every corner was spotless, and there were no unpleasant odors. The room was well-equipped, and its layout felt very relaxing, making for a comfortable rest. The surrounding area also offered convenient access to transportation, making it easy to get around for business or sightseeing. What truly impressed me was the butler service. Tina was detail-oriented and thoughtful, always considering the guest's feelings, and diligently answering all my questions. Unlike some hotels where service can feel passive, here I experienced genuinely attentive service that wasn't just superficial politeness. It's clear that the hotel highly values its guests' experience, paying attention to the details of room preparation and striving to ensure a pleasant stay. Thanks to the Zhenpo Hotel and Butler Tina, my trip to Guiyang was much more stress-free. Both the hardware (facilities) and the soft services (staff attentiveness) were top-notch. If I ever return to Guiyang, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend Zhenpo Hotel to anyone visiting Guiyang who is looking for a comfortable and hassle-free accommodation experience; you won't be disappointed.

This is my second stay here, and the experience was great. The butler service was very attentive; they even contacted me the night before to choose my pillows. This time, the toiletries were changed to Byredo, which I personally think is an improvement! You absolutely must try their breakfast. I feel it really showcases Guizhou's local specialties, basically covering all the Guizhou snacks, and it looks much cleaner than what you find outside.

I'd definitely give the environment and service full marks, especially the check-in experience, which felt very special. The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old, but the hotel has been open for a few years now. Breakfast offers two time slots, and the overall quality is good, with local specialties available. Ayunduo Cang (阿云朵仓) is right downstairs, making dining incredibly convenient.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and stylishly designed. They offered a warm welcome with a lovely Miao Xiu small belt. We also received molecular cocktails, snow skin mooncakes, and more. The hotel's butler service was comprehensive, and they even gave us a farewell gift. All the staff were very enthusiastic, and our butler, Tina, was incredibly attentive and responsive.

Excellent service, this is my second time here and I can confidently say it's the best hotel service I've experienced. I specifically came back for it. It completely surpasses the Ritz-Carlton Nanjing! The breakfast was also fantastic, I was wonderfully pampered. The staff were very patient and the hotel design is also great.
