Highly recommend this hotel, friendly, great location, everything works, good service, laundry available anytime, my room was always clean no matter the time of the day. Great shower and entertainment unlimited I will definitely return to this hotel with a great city view

When contacting the hotel on trip.com the response was very fast and I was happy that someone can help me find the hotel on WeChat (in the end it was easy to find and I didn't necessarily need help but the hotel still confirmed I was heading in the right direction).
The room and check in and check out etc, everything was perfect and the room was very clean, beautiful, comfortable and a very good location just opposite a big mall, a park and the white palace, and a very short ride to the airport. Lots of food on your doorstep. There is huge projector in the room to watch movies too and they have a communally kitchen, free laundry room, and a game station, and free coffee, tea and juice in the lobby.

Good weekend stay in Guiyang. Friendly and helpful staff. My room was quiet. Location is near the metro station and shopping mall. Also a lot of restaurants nearby. Look forward to another visit soon.

The hotel is located in a residential building right next to the pond, the staff was very helpful and friendly via WeChat as I didn’t speak any Chinese. The room was outstanding with the best and amazing view of the city, you will love it. Although getting there was tricky at first as it’s in a residential building with hidden elevator (better to contact the hotel in advance or ask people around), but it’s centrally located with many restaurants and shops around. Everything was great. Thank you :)

環境整潔，服務態度好，位置沒得挑，樓下就是花果園購物中心，逛街、吃飯、買東西都超級方便，步行幾分鐘就能到花果園白宮，想拍照打卡或者散步都很便捷。最貼心的是外賣可以直接送到房間門口，不用下樓取餐，懶人的福音！整體來看，無論是乾淨程度、設施配備、服務質量還是地理位置，這家酒店都無可挑剔，下次來花果園一定還會選擇這裏！
