Close to railway station. Easy checking. Patient and friendly staff. Rooms spacious. All amenities supplied. Air-conditioning works. Bed is really comfortable. Hot water strong. Wifi good. Will stay again.

it's a nice neighborhood with plenty of eateries. you can get great views of the area when you get to high points of the neighborhood. the housekeeper will tidy my room after i leave the room instead of disturbing me while I'm in it. this is nice.

Nice location and lots of restaurants around the hotel. A bit far from the center but close to the metro. Nice room and staff.

The hotel is super good and the price is affordable.

It's been a perfect quick one night stay before heading back to the station the morning after. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station, still the area doesn't feel too far out of the centre. There's quite a few restaurants and shops downstairs. Very nice rooms with view and welcoming people at the reception. Great service!

As a low price for one night worth it. But the cleanness no way 🥲(hair everywhere) Bed comfy, no slippers, no water included

We weren’t planning to stay in Guiyang, so this was a last minute stay, but we are very satisfied! Convenient location, friendly stuff. All in all, very good!

Super disappointed with the room. The building lobby was dirty, some cracked floor tiles, broken tiles in the lift. Only 2 lifts were operating, the mgmt didn't get it fixed so it was always a long wait even on the 5th floor. I thought it was a minority hotel and just wanted to have a feel of the different style unfortunately, the pictures are not what you get in the real world. The hotel was rated "C" for cleanliness. We inquired why didn't they upgrade their hygiene standard the front desk said it was upgraded to "B" but they had not changed the sign. The deco flower on the front counter was drooping. The room headboard was stained with previous guests body oil. The hotel hallway carpet was filthy. The bathroom was moldy at the side. Bath gel and shampoo were left on the floor. We had to decline the first room due to heavy smoke smell. The front desk was kind enough to assign us another room but it was infront of a smoking desk that had a sign "no smoking" on the wall duh ,😲. Electrical outlet next to the sink was exposed without a cover. Did not trust the quality and standard of cleanliness. We only stored our luggage in the room and left for lunch; we did not even use the room and checked out as soon as we returned from our lunch barely two hours. Not a dream place but a nightmare experience.

Building looks too business like for a hotel, be ready for simple no frills place. Easy snacks outside the building. Rooms are old but clean. It may be surprising for those not used to hotels like this. Service good, overnight attendant was attentive, good service attitude and helpful to my teenage children.

second time staying and it was great

I rented two rooms this time for three nights, I was able to live than my family lived in my own family of three is really bad! The temperature outside is only over 2 degrees can the air conditioner said there is heating turned on to 30 degrees is not hot, then go to the shower no hot water he said now fixing I asked him how much now! He said accurate and fast! Also the shower room can not go to the water, then the next day and I changed the second d air conditioning heating is almost! There will definitely be no next time!
