As a loyal Hanting user, my stay this time was excellent, as always. The room, facilities, and cleanliness were all top-notch. This particular hotel is located in Nanming District, near Jiaxiu Tower, making it super convenient to visit Jiaxiu Tower, Cuiwei Garden, and explore Qingyun Market. A pleasant surprise this stay was the large print on the shampoo and shower gel bottles – a lifesaver for someone with presbyopia like me, allowing me to distinguish them without my reading glasses. Thumbs up for that! The feedback QR codes found everywhere also deserve praise; genuinely listening to guest feedback is half the battle won. Today's breakfast was also a delightful surprise, with wonderful local specialties like glutinous rice, white tea jelly, tofu pudding, and mung bean lily soup, showing great care and warmth. However, I do want to caution this hotel: for self-driving guests, the waiting time for vehicle retrieval upon checkout needs to be managed better. Guests' time is precious. I called the front desk in advance to inform them and request the valet to retrieve my car from the parking lot. But the valet only noted the last digits of my license plate. I have a blue license plate, but he brought up a green license plate car, and then had to go back to get mine. I ended up waiting a full 25 minutes at the hotel entrance. I suggest optimizing the customer notification and vehicle retrieval process, so as not to spoil all the good impressions guests have when they check out.

The room is 5 minutes' drive from the North Station, on a small slope, and 15 minutes' drive from the city center, so it is very convenient to go anywhere; the room is very quiet, the bedding is of good quality, and the sleep is very comfortable; the hotel service is considerate, the decoration is relatively new, and it is well received; the gym equipment is also quite complete, I will come again next time

The hotel is on several upper floors of a high-rise building, so you’re at the mercy of some dilapidated looking and slow elevators. Given the number of elevators and the occasional traffic, there may be a long wait. The room looks great. Modern, clean, etc. As soon as you turn on the sink, it becomes apparent that the plumbing was done improperly. The smell of sewer gas rises from the drain. Just gross. If you shower during the busiest hours for water use in the morning, be prepared for fluctuations in the water temperature. Annoying. Front desk is on the 17th floor, but no signs on the first floor in English pointing this out.

For me, the most important thing when traveling is the environment, and this hotel perfectly meets my needs. The rooms are very clean, and it's super close to Guanshanhu Park! I'll definitely book this hotel next time I come to Guiyang for a music festival!!! Overall, it's great value for money, and the front desk service is superb! Especially Xiao Li, who prepared some Guizhou specialties for me when I checked out, which was really thoughtful. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely loved the Zen-inspired ambiance at this Ji Hotel! The new Chinese-style wooden lobby felt so tranquil and healing. The public areas were spacious and spotless, and they even had a herbal sachet DIY activity! You could choose from various natural spices, and the traditional Chinese sachets and round fans really set the mood. Making a souvenir yourself was incredibly meaningful. The seating in the lounge area was comfortable, and the ink wash paintings were elegant and captivating. The whole place felt quiet and peaceful, perfect for both business trips and a relaxing getaway. Every detail exuded a gentle Chinese charm. My stay experience was absolutely perfect!

The mini-fridge in the room wasn't cooling, but the front desk offered to refrigerate items for me.
