We had a wonderful stay as a family. The hotel contacted us before arrival, which made check-in very smooth, and even upgraded us to a room with a beautiful city view. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day and replenished fresh toiletries. The location is excellent—close to the city center, shopping malls, restaurants, and plenty of local food stalls. The front desk lady was especially kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Highly recommended!

Staying at Xumanju near the North Station was incredibly convenient for getting around. Downstairs, there were plenty of snack shops and a full-sized supermarket. The hotel also offered free laundry and drying services. Room cleaning was meticulous, leaving no corner untouched, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The Wi-Fi throughout the room was stable. Overall, it was a comfortable and worry-free stay, making it my top choice for travel.

This hotel is great because there are plenty of food options and local snacks right downstairs. It's also super convenient to get around with the subway nearby. I loved that breakfast goes until noon—that's a really thoughtful touch! Plus, they have a policy where you can get a free refund or exchange if you're not satisfied within 30 minutes of checking in, which shows they really care. You can easily take the subway to Guanshanhu Park, which is beautiful and a perfect spot for a stroll.

This hotel is converted from an apartment, so the ceilings are quite low, which is a matter of personal preference; I personally don't like that kind of place. The cleanliness was okay, but the bedding wasn't very good; it was uncomfortable and made me feel itchy. The hotel itself was quite clean, and some of the small touches were thoughtful, such as providing four bottles of water and snacks. The staff seemed very eager to get positive reviews. Before leaving, I asked if there was anything I was unhappy about. However, when I asked a question late at night, no one replied. The price was reasonable, and the location was relatively convenient, with many restaurants downstairs. Another major disappointment was that breakfast ended at 9:30 am without prior notice. When I asked a staff member for breakfast, they told me it was already closed. I was a bit speechless. It's a chain hotel, so it's better than some private guesthouses. However, it felt more about flashy presentation and small perks than the actual breakfast and bedding. This is a very objective assessment.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel so welcome and cared for from check-in to farewell. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a gym, pool, and everything you could need, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
