Nice looking villa, friendly staff, beautiful dinner place, would be perfect if the dinner does not require reservation few days in advance though

The hotel staff is exceptionally courteous, and the room perfectly matches the description on their website—immaculately clean and comfortable. It's just a 5-minute walk to the ski resort, and the food is not only delicious but also diverse and freshly prepared for every meal. During our stay over Christmas, the hotel even crafted a special Christmas menu for us. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return if I decide to ski at Hirugano Kogen again.

Location is good if you go for Dynaland, otherwise it’s far from any station. Self service washing machine is provided.

The room is spacious and bright, with a warm and comfortable decoration style. Especially the beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains can be seen outside the window. It feels particularly healing when you wake up in the morning. The heating in the room is sufficient. After skiing, take a hot bath and lie on the soft bed to wash away the fatigue. The service attitude of the staff is also worthy of praise. From the front desk to the restaurant to the ski service center, everyone is warm and thoughtful, and any problems can be solved in time. Especially the ski coach, professional and patient, so that I, a beginner, can get started quickly. In short, this is a very suitable hotel for skiing vacations, whether it is facilities, services or location. It is impeccable. I will definitely choose here for my next ski trip! The location is possible, the facilities are simple, no elevator, you have to move your own luggage, breakfast is simple to be simpler, the service is okay, not the imagined sprinkler shop, actually more like a homestay.
